AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care, Pasadena TX

Called to do a check engine check on a Friday and David told me to be at AAMCO at 9am and now I am sitting here waiting for my appointment and nobody is here or answering the phone. Horrible service. DON'T TELL SOMEONE TO BE HERE AT A CERTAIN DATE & TIME IF YOU'RE NOT EVEN GOING TO BE HERE OR BE OPEN! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Thry are open, ehich is wonderful! They wear masks, use sanitizer and practice social distanci g. A little pricier than other places, but they do a good job

Excellent work and care for my 1967 Pontiac Bonneville. I have a very short list of who I trust to work on my classic cars and I put Aamco Pasadena Tx and David Grube and his Excellent mechanics at the Very top of that List

This place is way overpriced.double the price to be exact. I had them diagnose my truck the balance came to 4k! Took it to another shop and it was only 2k. Luckily I went with my gut. When you're talking in the thousands, its always best to get atleast a couple diagnostics tests done believe me. It saved me 2k

Ok it's has been a good 8-9 months now that David and his team worked on my 98 4x4 white Dodge Durango. And I can say I am beyond happy with the job they did because a shop I took it to before aamco charged me alot and the transmission messed up on me in 6 months. So ive always seen aamco since I live in the area all my life. So I passed by one day and spoke with David and he walked me thru with what he was going to do and what was all wrong with my truck and how much everything was going to be. The payment and the warranty and there experience in what they do was a great experience. I highly recommend if anybody have transmission problems David and his team are the ones to go to. This place is AWESOME. After having the worst and most expensive experience EVER less than 3 weeks ago. David Grube helped me clean up the mess from the previous shop after I just walked in without an appointment, I might add and I didn't have to spend a fortune on unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be back to this facility. Thank you for being honest and helpful.

I was having issues with my car making an unusual noise. I went in, they checked my car, they explained the problem in detail and discussed my options. It was very affordable. I looked online for the services at other companies and that was the best price. I now have a new shop that I know I can trust! I will definitely be back if I need my car serviced.

David was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on how to prevent future issues with my vehicle. The team did a full diagnostics on my transmission and also checked other services. It is always nice going to a place that is knowledgeable about their services and aren’t in the business just for the money. I went to other shops that charged over $400 to fix an issue that wasn’t an issue. David truly cares about his customers and make sure each customer is properly educated on their vehicle. I def will recommend anyone to this location even though it is 25+ miles from me!

David you are awesome he helped me with my extended car warranty to take car of my daughters 2012 Camaro water pump. He talked to them and explain to them how they were responsible for that repair. All I had to do was pay my deductible. He went above and beyond to help me. I am truly grateful and will definitely be coming back with any other issues that I might have with the car. I’m a skeptical person of who works on my vehicles and I gave aamco a shot and they did great had my suv in and out in a timely manner and covered the warranty work.

We brought our car in blowing hot air and leaving with at a cool 46 degrees! Love how fast the turn around was and the price was very fair!
