Great Place To Work For A Paycheck BUT Also Not…. The Employees & Supervisors Don’t Know What Working As A Team Really Is…. Their Actions Show Their Never Working With You But Against You…. Their HR Along With Supervisors Is NOT Very Understanding When It Comes To Understanding Your Situation If You Have An Important Issue Outside Of Work…. When They Say They Are A Second Chance Company THEY ARE Only With Your Background. Instead You Only Get One Chance To Mess Up Than Your Kicked To The Curb Without Any Notice Or With Petty Excuse…. Very Misleading & Selfish Acts, Dont Care Anything About YOU Personally Only You Coming Along To Make Their Products & If Not That Than You Aren’t Anything But Just A Number To Them. VERY SELFISH. In Manufacturing Jobs It’s Really Important To Be Understanding Towards Your Employees So That Way Us EMPLOYEES Able To Enjoy Coming To Work & Be Comfortable Enough To Explain Any Particular Problems That’ll Interfere Outside Of Work DONT Expect Them To Be…. Their Not Very Social…. I’ve Lost EVERYTHING Literally Because Of How Bad Their Miscommunication Is When It Comes To Their Employees When I Had Documentation & Was Told My Child Sickness Doesn’t Cover My Absence For That Particular Day When After Showing Documentation Of Doctor Visit & Also Called In Prior Before My Shift To Let Them Know. Instead They Said If It Wasn’t Technically About Me (The Employee) It Doesnt Matter To Them…UNPROFESSIONAL At The Most Part When Was Told That. Only Cared About The Employees That’s Been Working For Them Over A Year Or So Done Seen Those Who Worked For Them Longer Than A Year Be Pointed Out Or Dont Come To Work For A 3-4 Days Or Even Week Or 2 WITH NO DOCUMENTATION NO EXPLANATION Have More Lead Way & STILL Work There! Rather Than Coming To Work But Being 1min Late & Still Get Fired Without Any Negotiation When TECHNICALLY I DIDN’T POINT OUT IF THEY WAS MORE CONSIDERATE ABOUT MY CHILD’S SICKNESS I Wouldve Still Had Points Left As I Explained To Them But NO ONE LISTENED Ill Consider Them On Having New Or Better Management Before Working Here Because If Not Make Sure You Have A Backup Job Just In Case If You Haven’t Worked Here For A Long Period Of Time. POOR EVERYTHING.

I really enjoyed how Aaon greeted us orientees, and the time they took to explain one thing at a time. I'm satisfied and grateful that I will be working in a safe environment. I currently work here. Horrible place to work. No values. Wouldn't recommend. Putting in my two weeks notice. Low pay.

Money hungry. All they care about are numbers and filling in spots.
MANAGEMENT IS POOR QUALITY! Terrible. Point system horrible.
Due to so many people quitting, because of the way things have been ran, they are more strict on point system. You all are hurting your workers by punishing them. Do you actually believe that will make people want to stay?

Management is ok but Leadership still need more improvement. Their attitude towards their workers is not too good and too many leads that do not know their job or how to to the job of the workers they are over. Some do not have the skills to train because they never done the job they are over. Really not qualified to be a lead.

Good place to work. I love my job at AAON. The new president is working hard to fix the problems that he inherited when he came aboard. But that cant be done overnight.
