Wonderful welcoming employees. Always nice friendly greeting as you walk in I highly recommend to friends and family. This is the best rental store. Others are too expensive and some items not of quality mostly returned items. Aaron's employees always helping customers get what they're looking for if not at their store on Port st. They will call to other locations they have and find what customers want. God bless Aaron's and their wonderful employees.

Aaron's is a nice furniture and appliances store but this store need to work on customer service there was only one young lady on the floor and answering the phones and everybody else was laughing and talk to you in the medical office

Kyle has always made us feel that our business is important and we are family! He takes the time to explain everything and what our best options are. When my washer was not working, he made sure everything was fixed right. Thank you!

The sales staff rude as hell bought and paid many things off but they told us we could not take merchandise home today we would have to wait for a week.

"Repaired" our refrigerator twice. Still never made ice or dispensed water. Not sure what they claim to actually do with it when they take it away. Second time they had it for almost a month. Went out and bought a brand new fridge for cheaper cost that actually works for cheaper monthly payments. Manager wouldn't even come out of office to talk to my husband. Makes you speak to the delivery guy.who actually does try to help customers out when he can. Don't waste your time or money because they will certainly waste yours. Come to NC and learn about true Southern hospitality folks.it isn't here. (I am a retail manager and I have a pretty good idea how it should go.)

I was stressed bcz my washer died! Went in, picked out what I wanted and it will be here in 3 days! No hassles, no aggravation, no stress!

Furniture is infested with BED BUGS! I sat on a recliner and got covered in BED BUGS! I had to leave the store without a shirt just a jacket cause they where all over my clothes. And the manager didn't even bother to come help. VERY RUDE! After I left I called back and spoke to manager and was informed he had his own customers he couldn't help me. IF U GO IN THERE WATCH WHERE U SIT! JS

Horrible service. Was told one thing then we go in and told something else. Then the manager lied about what he said. Never again. Done with it.

One star because I could not input negative 1 star. Horrible service, horrible turnaround time for repairs, horrible delivery service. Do not, I repeat; do not come to these people with your money.
