By far thee most unprofessional Aaron’s experience I have ever had.
1) They sold us on items without saying they weren’t available for over a week.
2) When I tried to cancel they mysteriously got us in.then sold me something else.and then “forgot” the main pieces of my order upon delivery.
3) They then delivered a broken bed for my daughter, promised to fix it and then let it sit in her room for five days before deciding they didn’t have the piece at all - and picking it back up while she cried. Awesome.
4) Each time I call they pick and choose whether to answer.

Life is already hard. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the misery. Any other place will be better than this, I promise.

This store has the worst customer service. If I could I’d give 1/2 of a star. I have never experienced this level of bad customer service. I work in HR and deal with people on a daily basis. I have 2 agreements paid in full with this store, you call me and send me all of this mail to get a new agreement, and I finally decide to get a new sectional! Ordered over a week ago, in the store -promised to be delivered to my home today before 6 pm. 10 min before it’s scheduled something said call the store again (3rd time) to confirm. NOT ONCE has anyone mentioned at that store that my sectional was on back order or hadn’t arrived. Got confirmation yesterday and today it would be here. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. Vanessa the GM of this store will get what is coming to her. This is so wrong on so many levels. Not only that, I sold my previous set to ensure my family would have a place to sit tonight! Now we have a huge living space with no couch! I do NOT recommend this store.you need to be more caring with your customer’s orders and diligent in getting their purchases like you call looking for payments! Broken promises, horrible customer service and shady employees. Leadership / customer service training would do all of the staff here some good. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is my first time renting here I normally rent from Rent A Center.well I went Sunday May 17 and made my payment delivery was scheduled for Monday May 18th.ok Monday delivery was made but the driver was by himself in the heat with no help then when he finished installing I asked about my toppers that was specifically on my order form. He said I forgot them you can go to the store and pick them up. Um I don’t think so! Then I call the store and the lady Myaisa whatever her name was because she talked so fast couldn’t really get her name. Well I informed her about the issue and she said you can come pick it up. WELL NO BECAUSE THE FIRST THING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WAS CHECK MY ORDER FORM BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE! So I said I don’t want them take them off my order.she says my GM says once it’s on the paper we don’t take it off! So you’re going to bully me and try to get me to pay for something I don’t want! I don’t think so! So now at this very minute Tuesday May 19th I’m on hold because I told Jacoby that I wanted to speak to a Manager so I’ve been on hold now for about 10 minutes waiting to speak to a manager. So if this is how you treat your customers I don’t want any part of it! I will be contacting Corporate I work
Hard for my money and the unprofessional behavior.

This place ia very rude and unprofessional. A week after I placed an online order, I had to call them to get information about status of my order. I understand covid 19 has caused some delays so I called gave my name and asked for an update. Was told by the person who answered she was with a customer and would need to call me back. 2 days later, still nothing. I called back only to be told that there was no estimated time on my delivery as my times were not even on the truck since I had multiple people ahead of me. Again understandable but communication and a little professionalism goes a long way. Needless to say I was very disappointed how aarons failed to deliver! (Literally) 1 simple call to update the customer about the expected 5-7 business days for delivery was in fact delayed and try & give an estimate on time frame. I guess that's how Aarons runs their business. 1st experience & definitely the last.

Aaron's is very awesome. The guys there like Jay and Tan are very nice. I've gotten several items from them over the years. They always have worked with me. So thank you guys. 5 Stars service. And that's a 10 in my book.

Came here today to give my verification of my resident and income however black girl lied made me run my social twice and then told me that I was not approved.didn’t give me a refund for the $5 dollars down I did online

I love love love my store. The associates and managers are very accommodating. I would recommend anyone to shop with them. Don't forget to join the Aaron's Club it could help in the long run. Kudos to the Spring Area.

Im keen on customer service and when I came to Aarons I dealt with Tan. He has GREAT customer service skills and is very great to deal with. He helped us out not only when we initially came in for the fridge but even a month after. Thanks so much, you are a great asset to the company. We need more smiley faces like you!

Edwin and the store staff are efficient and friendly but the delivery guy was condescending when he asked for a screwdriver. I’m a woman how should I know the difference between a Phillips and a flathead. Does he know where the pleura is located (its in your lungs fyi) just saying I’m not one to be funny with I take pride in my education don’t talk down to me. I still tipped him cause hurt people hurt people and I'm a person that believes in karma and kill em with kindness. Next time be a bit more prepared and bring your own tools.

The customer service ia horrible the new
Manger has an attuide and so does the account mgr. Will never deal with this store again.have paid off stuff at other stores but this one is horrible.

Aaron's is suppose to be a place where you can lease furniture without the hassle of having your credit ran and seperate application fees, but this place has turn into every other furniture gimmick out there. Danny the new manager won't be manager for long because he has no people skills. The use car salesmen persona won't get you far while dealing with people. He is very dishonest and deceiving. I don't recommend renting from this location. If you have the cash to buy direct, do so!

Haven't decided whether or not I want to go the lease to own route, but if I do, I will definitely be coming to this store in particular. The sales representative, Kacie was very friendly and very patient with me and my million questions. Awesome customer service!

I normally dont leave negative comments. I usually just dont continue business with whoever I've had a bad experience with. But the manager, Damon (not sure if that's how he spells it but thats his name) denied my application because he thought I made a complaint on his store. Instead of being a real man and ask me about while I was there in his face. He decided to act as if he was going to accept my application for a washer and dryer. He waited until I got home and called up there to check on my status to tell me that he didnt feel comfortable signing off on my application. But couldn't give me a reason to why. But in reality it was because a complaint was file on my behalf by there online customer service rep because of the things that was going told to them by wife. But we didnt call to complain. We just wanted cut and dry answers that we wasnt getting from them. I will never give this location a penny of my money ever!

I explained my debit card wasn't working and because of it I had to order a new one, he then asked me for the card number and stated he would note not to use it, instead auto drafted and then charged my new card as well. I was angry when I saw my bank report and Aarons stated they will send a refund 7 days later nothing came back. I went in the store they returned it to my card Friday and told me it won't refund until Monday. STILL NO REFUND. When I called again and told him I need this taken care of he tried to sale me something else. I told him I'm saving to move out of my apartment and he started questioning me like I was stealing.
I have never been late on a payment before and this is how I'm treated at a store that has had my account for not even a month.

Excellent. I have gotten many things from them paid them off and keep going back. They work with you. Be honest when you running late on a payment
