Was told that the store had my product new in stock that I should get it delivered express 2-3 days when I called the store was told they don’t have anything new inside that store if it’s new it’s coming from warehouse back storage. Asked if they can check the status and see what my order says in there end. Guy said no would be pointless because again They don’t carry nothing new in that store. Was told I should expect a 7 plus business days delivery for my product. That’s crazy because by the time I get it, my first payment will be up. Called customer service they said my product is in store they can see that if they look up my number. Which the second time I told him and the second time they refused. Didn’t ask for my name or number any of the times. Can’t wait to pay it all up front and not deal with them anymore.

Was to to delver between noon and 3pm Showed up at 4pm.
Got a dinning table and it had a large wide foot ling scrach in center af the tables.

Was on hold on the phone for 25 minutes then they told me short handed. Why didnt they say that at first instead of making me wait. Then telling me they would call me back.later. I think they forgot I was on hold.

I don’t know if it is new management issues or what but I have bought several items through this location and never had a problem until now. Since the store manager has changed in the last several months I have had issues with them drafting my account for my payment when it isn’t even due. This is the second time this has happened in 4 months and it’s getting to be a huge problem. I will not be using this store again for any future purchases. Once these items are paid for they will not be getting any more of my time or business.

Wow, let's just start with wow! The staff here helped me get a really great and reliable stove with easy and affordable monthly payments! They had plenty of options to choose from but their team helped me choose which one was best for me and my families needs. Delivery and set were included also! They set me up for reoccurring payments so I never have to worry about calling them about my payments. I'll be coming back next time I need something in my household.

Dont ever pay with your card, they store the information and then run the card without your permission. When you call to have it reversed be prepared to wait for your money. They are quick to take it but take their sweet time putting it back. They dont care they have illegally ran your card. They dont care you are now out that money for a week or more depending on how long they feel like taking to reverse the charge. I will be returning my stuff that I have been paying on for almost a year and take my business elsewhere since this is now the second time they have done this.

O my goodness. Everything about my experience here was 5 STARS! The furniture is in impeccable condition, the selection is vast, and the store is spotless. But honey, the Customer Service is PHENOMENAL! Melanie is the most warm and genuine person I’ve ever met in a sales position. She should be the head of corporate training, just saying. The delivery guys were prompt and assembled everything with care. Thank you for an AmAZIng experience Melanie, and for making this transition period painless and kind of fun for me and my bestie:)

Full disclosure I didn't buy anything here I just wanted to see what the place was like I've never been in one. I was greeted when I entered and asked if I needed help. I was curious what kind of merchandise they sold I was moderately interested in a living room set but didn't have anything catch my eye. Prices seemed high in my experience but I'm not very experienced so take that with a grain of salt. The store was well kept. Their delivery trucks seemed in good order. I mentioned that because if I was buying electronics to be delivered I'd be very interested in how the people handling my product handled their vehicles.
