Purchased a washer & dryer cash regardless of how much I payed for them the customer service was AWFUL- from purchasing to delivering. They delivered the set tore my door frame up getting it in, delivery drivers had a God awful attitude and then broke my pole outside.

I have gone to other companies for household appliances, bedroom furniture and so forth. Yet to be ripped off and when something happens to our stuff they want to blow you off. So yes I was hesitant about going to Aaron's. Yet, Connor was amazing from the start. We bought a refrigerator a year ago and Saturday brought us a stove and a couch/ love seat combo. I really want the company to know that Connor should Get a huge raise. Excellent guy!

Went to the store put in my application quickly approved, selected my appliance they loaded it up. Just like that for $1.00 down no hassles, long waiting period or huge down payment! The best customer service ever

I bought a laptop at Aarons and they gave me one of those that they have out there on display, It even had a movie in there and I called to complain it was used and quickly said bring the movie back and hung up, NEVER AGAIN buying anything there. I did not notice really until much later, I am not familiar with devices. The laptop was poor quality, bad very slow.

Nice people. Prices are a bit high if you don't just pay in full but if you don't have the money on hand then it's a great place to get something new for the house

So my mother is disabled and has a weakness on the left side of her body due to several strokes simultaneously. Bought a dryer from Aaron’s in cash. They brought the dryer to her house but refused to hook it up because she was not on a payment plan. Wow!

Nice sales staff. Wish their app for payments actually worked but other than that, good place
