4I've been apart of aarons for years now, clean establishment and restrooms. They have some of the newest products, great service and during the pandemic they even offered to help me with my payments so I wouldn't miss a payment.
Aaron's on Wilshire is a wonderful place to shop for your home they are very friendly extremely knowledgeable and the employees their all of them are just great
I feel very disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. My account is current and I have made 17 payments totalling over 1500 towards my fridge. I wanted to add a laptop to my account for 85 per month and was told no by the cleburne location. He was extremely rude to me and acted like I was invaluable as a customer. A paying customer should have a little bit of value in my opinion. Name is Jason Skyles
These guys are AMAZING! They went above and beyond for us. We had our refrigerator go out and needed a replacement asap. They found one and delivered the next day. However it was a floor model and they could not get store mode off and we had all of our frozen and regular food on ice but it was going to take 2 additional days to get a replacement. They found one in Granbury and drove out to pick it up a new one and then come to our house and install it. All of our food was saved and the new one is working PERFECT! Thanks to Aaron and her staff for keeping us from having to waste several hundred dollars in food and sanity! I recommend them to anyone that needs professional, courteous and customer service above and beyond each and every time!
