Lawrence the general manager no type of empathy for my situation. Hung up in my face and didn’t what I was saying about the order he then got an attitude immediately as I was speaking to him and said that he could refuse service. Mind you I placed my order two previous and was told that day that my order would not be available October the 1st today is September 22. I am very disgusted and people like Lawrence give companies bad names! I am very disappointed

A few nice items. I recommend not pursuing if your credit isn't decent. Will help you build creditworthiness & discounts on other items for being loyal & having on time payment history

I gave them 5 because they will fix your stuff when broke but its yo to you to make your payments it's just like when u get a car you dont pay they take it not fair tou 6 month late trying to make a week payment.

Neverrrrrr again will i go there.they were so unprofessional.even opened the store late.we cancelled on what my husband bought.never got our money back even though they lied and said they cancelled our contract.today they took more money from my husband.we never got the tv we were gonna get and these scam artists took not just the money they supposed to refund him and more money.i wish i could give them a 0 on everything

LACKS Professionalism and their communication methods really need some serious help. NO follow through what so ever.

The manager Marcus is very unprofessional he decided to tell me what I can and cannot afford. I would not recommend this place ever again. When I used them before they were awesome, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I wish I didn't have to give any stars.

Absolutely HATED IT, THEY FRADULENTLY TOOK FUNDS FOR MY ACCOUNT. THEN WHEN I TOLD TO COME PICK UP THEIR CRAP, THEY CALLED A MONTH LATER LOOKING FOR A PAYMENT FOR FURNITURE THAT I DIDNT HAVE!

Bullshit location bad cutomer service bad store period employees everyone stands around doing nothing and guy who suppose to be the manager stands around and just flirt with women the worst experience i have every had!

I would give no stars if I could. Purchased a washer and dryer.this place is very unprofessional. Lots of miscommunication and very unorganized. They need to work on their customer service. I would've cancelled my contract yet I already paid my money online so it was easier to go ahead and deal. Missed work just to get everything straightened out. It was a hassle to get my products delivered to me. Shout out to Marcus.

Just got out the hospital from having my baby was 9 days late on my payment first missed payment. Been calling the camp wisdom location only to find out they closed the store down. Sent someone to my door questioning me like I'm lying. Gave them a payment because I can't drive from giving birth. When they seen i was being honest the were apologetic.
