Had my trucked towed today by Madi he was very professional and quick didn't hardly wait. Will definitely use again. Thanks Madi for your quickness and professionalism

My car wouldn't start and I thought it was my battery which was the reason I used AB&A's services. Unfortunately, it was my starter. Nevertheless, Muhammad gave me a tow at a reasonable price. I'll use the again if I'm in this type of situation again.

He’s very friendly & very affordable! He was very kind & quick! Never once was he rude at all like most towing companies. This man is such a great person & a very down to earth guy. He’s way cheaper than your average towing company & still has 100x better customer skills than all of them. I’D HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you need your vehicle towed.

Very prompt and professional. Took care with my vehicle and even offered a discount when I explained how another towing company in Irving misled me about their prices.

Alternator stopped working and under an hour of calling, the car was already on the tow truck and being dropped off. Great driver and great service!

We were assisted with moving our vehicle that could not be driven because of a broken key to our new residence. Very helpful and punctual and we have used their service several times for other car troubles.

Jeep would not start and Madi was able to get it out of park to roll it backwards on the tow truck. Also cleaned up oil spill on the driveway.

Great guy, said he used to do body work and gave me an opinion on what body work it needed and even pulled the bumper out from the tire before towing it. Efficient and pleasant experience.

This guy show up on location to tow my vehicle we waited for an hr. When he arrived he said he wanted traffic control so I told him to call someone and he left us here. My advice if you have an actual job for this towing company and not just your run of the mill flat tire or oops I ran out of gas I’d find someone else. Pretty cowardly on their part not sure who gave them all the 5 star review but it’s probably family or fake accounts. Trash in my opinion.

He keep his word on what time he could help me, was very patient and affordable! Very Sweet and he made a way in the situation I was in truly appreciated and great moment for business!

Loved everything about my car getting towed and how nice Mordy (not sure if I’m spelling it right) was. Would definitely highly recommend and use again if needed!

They deserve no stars, I wish I could give 0 stars. Company gave an incorrect arrival time for when the tow truck driver would arrive to tow my vehicle. I called the company at 5: 50 p.m. To schedule a tow and they informed me a driver would be at the pickup location within 30-45 minutes. The time is now 7: 40 p.m. And the driver STILL is not at the towing location. I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER use towing services from this company ever again due to their lack of honesty and incompetence.

When I came out of Walmart my car was smoking and had liquid all around it! We called AB&A and they were there in only 20 minutes! They met us at the mechanic and my car was safe the entire time. 11/10 would recommend and would certainly use their services again!

I had to get another tow today. Due, to towing it to the shop to get it fixed. Mady, helped us he did yet another amazing job at helping us. Thank you!
