Decent place to live. Quiet and safe. Only complaints are the high utilities and rent. Rent keeps going up even though it should be income based. Things are falling apart like the patio doors frame and cheaply fixed. 1 maintenance man no after hours emergency services. Roaches are a problem here though and pest control comes in, sprays liquid all over and leaves in 5 minutes flat. We have been waiting to upgrade to a two bedroom and waiting for months. We were told that we need a bigger unit and are required to get one by management and we also want one with us and our son crammed into a 1 bedroom. We are tenants we should come before new tenants priority wise in being moved to a two bedroom. Our son has developmental delays and is in physical therapy twice a week to get caught up with use of muscles so we need a bottom floor or 2nd floor. Not a 3rd floor. The community is good, theirs stores and the library and stuff nearby. They are charging us a new deposit to transfer to a bigger unit instead of letting the one we already paid roll over. Doesn't seem right

The manager is arrogant not nice at all too many complaints against management.

Yeahhh these people leaving good reviews are definitely paid. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! Just know that they are only there maybe 1-2 days a week. Nobody will answer the phone or call you back. There’s only one maintenance man he’s a great guy but can only do so much. There are roaches everywhere no matter what you do and they have no pest control. They have a few big lights for the parking lot but none of them work. Place is HORRIBLE. Live in a tent if you have to just don’t give your money to this company.
