You have to read the Negative reviews to understand about this clinic. Their vets did not give important advises when drugs were administered. Unfortunately our exotic pet passed away during the treatment period. I would seek another vet clinic if there is another option.

This veterinary clinic is amazing. I just want to give a huge thank you to everyone here. I was in a panic about my ferret's toe and they kept me calm and reassured that she would be cared for and were also able to get her in asap. You all are amazing and again thank you so much.

My dachshund had extreme back pain and could not walk, eat, drink, or poop and when we took her to ABC animal and birds clinic they could not schedule my suffering dog for almost 5 WHOLE DAYS, but when i need something routine like a vaccination or flea medication i can get an appointment same day. If i can’t bring my dog when she is sick then what’s the point of even bringing my dog at all.they advised us to take our dog to the emergency room but as you know it is 2-3x as expensive to do so and we should not have to look for other vets if we have an already established vet I am deeply disappointed and i don’t think my dog will be your patient anymore.

The staff here is amazing and considerate. They were great with my big hyper dog, and I appreciate them so much.

They ripped me off. Sweet receptionists and nice assistant but the vet tried to make me buy all these unnecessary things for my pet and couldn't even handle my furball well. She dropped my pet! Not to mention that 5 minute check up with vet is so expensive.

Will definitely recommend this place to anyone! The whole staff is very professional, nice and genuinely care about the animals they see.

I had a sick chicken and 4 other vets I called wouldn't treat her. She was well cared for and has made a full recovery. They even called twice over the next few days to check on her recovery. I will use them again in the future.

Brought our bird in today because she became very ill. The doctor and staff were super sweet and informative! They spent 3 hours with our sweet girl running tests and developing the perfect care plan so we can nurse her back to health! We really appreciate how kind everyone was and the quality of care the staff provided today! Thank you ABC Clinic!

Great staff. This is one of the best places for birds and Small mammals like chinchillas, rabbits, ferrets, and guineas. For small pets, the office fees are very reasonable. Been trading here for 10+ years. All the doctors are good.

We had made a reservation the day before to board our parrot and dog for 1 night.
We were quoted $14/$16. When we arrived they wanted $169 for 1 night! The woman behind the counter explained that they want us to do different things that they felt were good for the pet. We also provided the medical history on our pets from another hospital that were updated 40 days prior. When we questioned this BAIT AND Switch TACTIC they became obnoxious and advised us that the doctor wanted to establish a professional relationship with our Parrot. We told them it was a boarding for 1 night and we didn't think that a relationship were necessary!
Watch out this place is a big Scam. We know other people that they have ripped off

I just gave them my cockatiel got bitten badly and I don't have much money so they will handle the bird if the doctor does surgery and my bird survives or so I hope my pikachu can live.

I take my hedgehogs and leopard gecko to this clinic. They have always been wonderful. The entire staff is great and it doesn't matter which doctor you see, they are all fantastic. I highly recommend this place, especially for exotics.

Been our go to place for nearly a decade. Friendly and efficient, they make it easy to do business with them. This is the only place where our dog is enthusiastic about staying, when we go out of town. They take great care of him!

We are so very happy to have gone to ABC. The first contact was awesome, check in was wonderful and Dr. Fisher so much more efficient than anyone we have seen for a very long time. Thank you so very much for taking care of Sophie our Mini Schnauzer. I was amazed to get a call back next day to see if she was feeling better. Love your hours. This place is a little over priced but if you love your fur buddy. They'll take care of him and make him as good as new

This place is amazing! Dr. Fronefield and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. They treat your pets like they are one of their own. There are exotic vets closer to where I live but they are no where near as qualified and compassionate. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend them to anyone for veterinarian care, especially exotics.
