I went in this store today for LED fog lights after a bad experience from another store. But I must tell you these gentlemen here on Eastman Rd are amazing! Jesus, Jesse, Charles ALL very kind men. They were empathetic that I had spent money and felt it was wasted because I didn’t get what I was promised at another store. They went above and beyond. Jesus broke down the products to me that were available, what’s best, he found a way to save me money. All 3 men welcomed me with a smile. Top notch customer service and these men live by their banner posted inside the store, CUSTOMER SERVICE GUARANTEED! I have new LEDs coming in on Wednesday can’t wait for them to be installed and once again experience more wonderful service from these guys. Thank you all!
Stopped in at ABC auto looking for a little help to a minor problem. And I received exceptional help from a very good person. Which shows me that to my personal experience someone going out of their way can mean so much what may take the average man 20 minutes to do. This professional Jessie at ABC auto on Eastman literally took that stress off my plate and it took him less than two minutes. Things like that can change the world. Fabulous, the counter person was very knowledgeable of what I was talking about. He was patient and took the time to answer my questions and give me good suggestions. Finally checkout was fast and easy. Go there with your auto problems. They are the problem solvers.
I do all my auto parts shopping at ABC. This time i waited almost 10 minutes to pay for 1 item. Only 2 reps at windows. Sad.

Eastman Rd. Longview Tx I just bought an auto battery. Both stores, other on Hwy. 80. I have always got 5 star service.
Ask the guy at the front counter of they could replace my head light bulb he says yes. So I bought the bulb and he comes out to the car and says oh I can this I would have to take the grill off to change. Point is I went home and YouTube it finally figured out how to do it my self. Of he didn't want to do it that all he had to say it would be a problem. Was a let down from that store
