We went in and they asked us if they could help us and of course we said yes. Turns out we had to go find the oil and had to find his own part # So this was our night at ABC Auto

Staff was so nice and helpful. Went in for oil and they helped me find the type I needed and let me borrow a funnel to make adding it to my car easier.

One of the best auto parts stores I’ve ever been too. The staff was so helpful especially that young sweet boy who was the crew chief. He was so helpful to me and he got me all of the parts I needed in such a short time. He definitely deserves a raise! Hope everything is alright with him at his house!

EDIT: Although I initially gave a one star review, I will say that I was contacted later the same day by the owner. The next day I was contacted by another manager, and even though they could not change what happened, I do believe they were not concerned nearly as much with the review, as they were in the failure of the store to meet customers expectations. This to me says a lot about a business, and what they expect of thier staff, and how they want thier customers treated. They offered me a gift card for future purchases and asked me to please give them another opportunity to provide the customer service they expect. They did not ask me to change the review, I did this on my own. Although I have not yet needed anything for my vehicle, I do intend to give them another chance.
Went in at 730 in the morning. My vehicle was already on a rack at the shop having other work done. I explained this to them and was told by the manager the parts would be there, no problem. Meanwhile an entire leveling kit was done, all of the pads and rotors were pulled, just waiting on parts. I was told 8: 30 - 8: 45. At 10, the manager of the shop tells me the parts are not there. He calls the store, nobody had done anything about it. The store is 381 feet from the shop I was having the work done at. I walk down to ABC, and find out the parts were not pulled, nothing was done. I asked for a refund, which they gave me without a problem. No, were sorry, we messed up, no offer to reduce the price a little and deliver them now, nothing. It's like they could care less if they had my business. Meanwhile I'm paying 100 an hour to have my truck sit there. Called another autoparts store, was told 20 minutes to deliver them, they got there in 10. ABC doesn't need my business, that's fine. I will never buy or allow a shop to put anything on my vehicle from them ever.

Great service, unless really busy, obviously. Very convenient in and out. Competitive prices. Warehouse store so well stocked.

I still don’t get how they will have customers in the store three deep waiting at the counter and still answer phone calls and make us wait, so unprofessional

They have the hottest, sweetest most knowledgeable worker there, Dennis. Give him a raise! He should be in management.

Never have anything in stock and if they "do" always the wrong part For the life of me I have no idea how there still in business.

Great auto parts house! Clean and well maintained with a helpful staff. Counters were wipped and clean. Wearing a face mask is encouraged. Social distancing is encouraged. Handycaped parking and entrance are incorporated.
