My family and I have been blessed by receiving services from Steven at ABC home and residential company. We sought their services due to a sudden fire ant infestation in my kitchen. As a concerned parent and pet owner, I had so many questions about the methods the company offered for introducing chemicals into my home and property. Steven was very knowledgeable about the methods they use and took time to explain and show me what he was going to do. We walked the home and the property as he inquired about my concerns and observations. He has amazing communication skills, is bilingual, and is very charismatic. My dogs don’t normally stop barking when someone new is in our home and they literally took a nap while Steven was there. Maybe I bored them with my million questions ;) Steven made us all feel at ease with the services we selected. He was very gently with items he had to move around to get to the tight spots. He was also very efficient with his time on task. The whole process (minus my questions) took maybe 30 minutes. I immediately saw a difference that evening (about four hours later)! This morning I even started finding dead bugs around the home that I didn’t even know were there and the ants are completely gone! I am very grateful to Steven for taking the time to explain everything he was doing. I’m going to schedule an appointment with him for my mom’s home in the coming weeks. I highly recommend him for your home.
