These guys are so disorganized.it’s hard to believe they are still in business. They have held my shipment for 11 days first delivery attempt was scheduled between 8am-8pm around 2pm they call and cancel, second delivery was scheduled 5 days later between 8am-8pm not so much as a call. Now we are on third attempt, lets see.scheduled between 8am-4pm and nothing! No need to worry though as I have all voicemails including recorded conversations between dispatchers and supervisor.will request order of service or bill of lading tomorrow lets see if I can help them understand customer service.

Horrible service. Driver doesn’t even wear a mask during their delivery no regards to people’s health. They do not care about their customers especially during a pandemic.
