I bought 5 days worth of scrubs and a jacket 3-4-22. One of the pants had to be ordered. They told me they would call when they came in sometime in April. They never called so I called them. They were backorder until June and would call me when they came in. Today is 10-3-22, I called about my pants I ordered 6 months ago. They have them. Yet, I never received a call. The ticket from my sale was 'lost. " All I got was an apology. Nothing was done to make this mistake right. I like to support local. However, I will be ordering scrubs online from now on. They need a lesson in customer service.

My wife worked there an the manager ended up getting her to have affair with him straight trash of a place

I’m giving this store two stars. I wouldn’t give them any if it weren’t for the sweet girl that checked me out. I bought two pairs of scrubs and brought them home to try on. The next day I brought them back with a receipt and could only get “store credit”. I wouldn’t mind trying them on in the store but there is way to many sales associates walking around. The Hispanic manager is not friendly at all.

Failed to mention no refunds after I had to get the only size of pants they had that were to big and told me that brand was on back order and so on and academy didn't carry 5 11 pants just to get the sale well went to academy and they had the right size and 511 pants

Employees are very helpful in finding what you need. I have every color of uniform imaginable. They carry other things besides uniforms.

They show open from 10 - 2 on Saturdays. Drove over an hour to this store only to find they are closed at 10: 40. They will not answer the phone. When we pulled up there was several other people outside wanting to shop also

Scrub shopping can be overwhelming with all the different styles and fits. Brittney and Nikki were absolutely amazing and accommodating I felt like I got a vip shopping experience! They love their job! Can't wait to come back

My wife took some white shoes back because she didn't need them for her class. She wore them for only an hour. They said they wouldn't take them back because they were worn. The shoes showed a hint of black because asphalt tends to do that. They said that they couldn't sell them! What waist of $40. So I guess if she would of walked out and wore them for 5 minutes to the car they wouldn't take them, because they would have been stained from asphalt. Smh!

I didn't even know this place was here! My friend took me and man, they have a big selection of scrubs, I really liked the material they were made out of, and price was reasonable! When I have to buy me some, thats where I'm going for my scrubs!

Awesome selections, attentiveness by sales people. Very affordable. Overall a great place to buy uniforms!

I visited this store today and was disgusted by the owners behavior towards me. I'm a Healthcare professional and have worked day and night since the pandemic started. I went in today to buy some scrubs and was immediately told to put on a mask before even being greeted. Yes I forgot and yes I promptly put on one. As I was walking the mask slipped a little under my nose and the owner very rudely told me to pull it up before he would talk to me. We all know the chances of an asymptomatic person spreading covid from breathing through their nose, but ok I followed the rules. I went into the dressing room to try on clothes alone with the door shut. The girl working there walked by and asked if I needed anything, so I opened the door to ask for a different top. The owner immediately came over and basically yelled at me to put the mask on. Hello I was alone in the dressing room! The way I was treated and spoken to upset me so much I just left. This is getting out of control. Not a word was said as I walked out. I told my husband what happened and he called up there, of course the owner had left. But the employee on the phone had heard about how I was treated and he seemed appalled. I will never shop here again! This is not how we should treat each other no matter what illnesses are going around. I never treat my patients that way. We are all humans. I've never been treated that way in my life. I felt like I was a disease to him. Is this the goal of all this?
