Your technician, Mike, was able to come out sooner than scheduled. He explained our issue very well, in terms that I could understand. He also sold me in a service agreement, which I am very happy to have with your company, because of Mike.

Our unit quit cooling. Mike was available the next morning and showed up on time. We had a freon leak. He fixed the issue, vacuumed the lines and refilled them. It took less freon than he originally quoted, so he corrected his quote and charged us less. I appreciated his honesty and overall professionalism.

Absolute Air has been a great company to work with. They installed our new unit two years ago. Today, Johnny came out to do a check-up on our system. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was very thorough and explained things along the way. He took his time unlike other service providers we have used. He even offered to turn my registers around because the painters put them back pointing in the wrong direction. Now, that's going the extra mile! Daniel came out to our house on Friday and confirmed that our unit wasn't able to keep up in this heat as it was low on freon. He recharged the unit and looked the whole system over. He found an air leak near the plenum and told me that I should tape it up as the existing tape had come loose. He also identified that the contactor was going bad and double checked the capacitor to make sure it wasn't going bad too. System is now working great!

The repair man was very nice and helpful. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. Just fixed our ac and got us running again. A very pleasant man. He was prompt and polite. Thank you!

Although the technician was professional and courteous (my dog loved him) this company charges $150 for diagnostic and $500 a unit to clean mini splits. $250 just to unclog the drain hose. Add it all up and its about the cost of a new unit. That's highway robbery.
