7I was given one of their sweet potatoes pies/cakes. Might be the best thing I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating.
I have used Absolutely Edible for two office catering events & the food & desserts were absolutely delicious. Everyone really enjoyed the food. I also had the pleasure of eating a Jamaican Turkey leg at a pop-up shop & it was the best I have ever had. The rice & pea’s & cabbage were to die for.
I just happened to be driving through Rowlett and called to see if they had a spare Sweet Potato Thang. Luckily, for my family's sake, they did. This Thang is unbelievable. I'm not sure it will make the 6 hour trip home. I will be back. Thanks for finding us a spare.

The sweet potato thang was amazing! My anniversary cake was very disappointing. It was suppose to be icing they used edible paper. We talked about blue velvet (Denim and Diamond theme) but i decided against it and ask for a white cake when I ordered…. When i served it was blueish not blue velvet but blueish. And very dry! It was supposed to be ready at noon when i arrived @12: 05 it was not ready (a phone call from them would have been the right thing to to do when it wasn’t gonna be ready on time) I was told to wait 10min. It too nearly a hour before it was ready. Was suppose to have the number 30 for my 30 anniversary that discussed at the time of order (the cake was supposed to be the highlight of my party) I was told that she could make a cake topper but it would take an additional 10min that i didn’t have. Communication is key especially when ppl are spending money with you
