Absolutely Fabulous Spa, Frisco TX

Denise was great! I had a consultation with her that wasn't rushed and decided on what to do. We ended up with the custom facial including the micro dermabrasion. She was extremely pleasant, very personable, and thorough. I got a mini hand massage as well as a mini neck massage. Both were great. She advised me ok what regimen to follow and offered me some products but wasn't pushy at all that I should get the products which I really liked. It was a great relaxing experience. The place is very cozy and welcoming. I already scheduled my next visit. Thanks, Denise!

I have recently lost a lot of weight and wanted something that would tighten my skin and add a little detox.perfect! Even nearly 2 weeks later I am still seeing the benefit.

Absolutely Awesome place! Wifey booked me a facial message and every step of the journey was nicely designed and catered to: starting with a personal welcome message in the wait room. After 2 minutes, Sally walks and adds great Ingo’s, ‘good pain’ (digging up your outer nose skin) while making you aware of your skin condition. She then does an excellent assessment of the condition of my skin and suggested (never imposed) products and regimen that will help me to maintain the status quo of the good condition it’s in.
MEN! Time to take care of our skin! ;)

I called them to schedule an appointment, the lady who attend the call told me that a customer arrived and will get back to me after a brief hold but I was put on hold for 20-25 mins. They didn’t attend the call yet. I disconnected it, what a waste of time.
This is ridiculous.

I would like start off by saying I absolutely LOVE this spa. Every time I’ve been there everyone has been super nice and helpful. However, it seems like recently they have a shortage of esthetician’s and making an appointment is impossible. I’m not able to make an apt through their online portal as every single day was “unavailable” at all time slots up to 4-5 weeks out. I tried calling the spa and had a hard time reaching someone. When I finally reached someone the next available was end of APRIL since they are understaffed. Super disappointed and if I have to start scheduling a month in advance I’ll have to take my business elsewhere such a same as i really love this spa.

UPDATE: The owner personally reached out to me to discuss scheduling/availability and was able to get me in much sooner than April! As usual, service was phenomenal. I truly appreciated the transparency and it is evident the spa really values their customers! Thank you so much - I will defn be returning next month!

Nicole was great. She kept conversation the whole time, mainly because I kept talking. But she was so sweet and gave me the best facial I’ve had! On top of that, the customer service with the front desk people were great. Everyone is super sweet and are super genuine with their job. Definitely will come back and recommend them!

Took my elderly mom for a facial and body scrub. Nichole was wonderful! My mom has dementia and was anxious. Nichole as great at making my mom comfortable and keeping me updated as I waited in their beautiful, peaceful serenity room / waiting area. Mom loved her services and asked when she could come back! I absolutely love this spa, the staff and owner, Amanda!

Can’t say enough about how much I enjoy Absolutely Fabulous Spa. Not only is it relaxing, but my skin has never looked better! I appreciate their expert advice and quality products. I’ve even got my husband going in for facials. I have been going for almost two years and finally tried the DMK Enzyme Treatment. I highly recommend. I swear it makes me look 7 years younger.:) Elizabeth is awesome!

Nicole is the best! She is very knowledgeable in her work and products. I received an amazing facial and bought 2 products. I will definitely be coming back. Great experience!
