AC Doctors, San Antonio TX

The heat pump systems outside unit was not coming on due to a wire not connected so tech (Geoffrey) rewired system and system worked properly for a while. Called to advise that the issue was not fixed,
and tech came back out w/ his mgr. (Robert) and both stayed until they found the problem.
Both times the technician came out, he was earlier than time frame given to arrive. They both explained the issue of the AC not working to me and stayed until they were sure the problem was corrected.
Will call AC Doctors again if needed in the future

They came out address issue fast and we were back to being cool again. Robert is very attentive and friendly. Anytime we need ac work we will call ac doctor.

Yesterday morning my AC went out and I contacted AC Doctors they were very responsive of my issues. They sent someone out right away to resolve my issue and I didn't have to wait long. If you want a company to service your AC needs this is the company to go with. They will get the job done right away.

Never going to get Help in One Day especially on Friday! Seriously Fearing a Whole Weekend of Severe Life Threatening HEAT => I texted Robert @ AC Doctors to ask some ideas of How to Stay Cool / Safe / Not Melt from over 100*+!
Most Importantly, Not to Go Broke to Return to Bell Curve Norm Livable TEMP! I called a few other AC Repair / My Due Diligence.

Pure & Simple = Robert @AC Doctors & Crew Showed Up Friday + Saturday + Sunday to Replaced My Unit = NOBODY's BETTER!
Their work was EXCELLENT + Their Price Was a BARGAIN b/c ALL PARTS were in-house / No Wait Plus My Old System was an Antique. I Got A Better HVAC System than I Ever Expected!
Still waiting for return calls from the other AC Repair.

CONCLUSION: Robert @ AC Doctors => NOBODY's BETTER!

As much work as ac companies have with this heat and air conditioners breaking down I was not expecting such fast service. AC Doctors is the company to call if you want fast and professional service!

This company is great, they show up and get the job done, no nonsense, right to work to get your place cool again, Starting with the office staff namely (IRMA) who is great, to the techs that come out! Great Experience, would strongly recommend!

When my A/C broke on a really hot day I was desperate to get someone to fix it. Raul came out super fast and got it working again. When we had a recurrence of the problem shortly after he left, he was really quick in getting back to us and helping us troubleshoot, and then came back the next day to make sure everything was working right.

Overall super fast and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

I don’t usually take time to leave reviews, but I also never receive the attention and care I received without giving anything in return. I called on a SUNDAY, to speak to someone and possibly get a quote for a repair on my HVAC system. Not only did my phone call get answered quickly, I also got a call back from the OWNER himself. Raul was kind and very detailed in his explanations and helpful info, he took 30 min of his Sunday to speak to a potential customer (I explained I was shopping around). Btw, he was on the field working so that his employees could have some time off of their own. If that’s not a company you can trust I don’t know what is. He’s been in business for decades and I can see why, they deserve it. He did call me back the next day also and took even more time of his day to help me. There was no money exchanged, but a lot of his time and expertise was. This is a company to root for everlasting success, blessings to Raul and his team.

In the past I have used other AC companies. And Not only was I disappointed but I was left with a large bill. But NOT the case with AC doctors. Not only were they prompt, thorough, but very informative. Prices are Beyond competitive. They also have warranty on the work that is done on your AC / heater. (This is a review I posted 2 yrs from today's date)

Using my dad's Google account. Wanted to review AC doctors. And give a big shout out for going out of the way in helping me in my time of need. My dad was being released from hospital as stage for lung cancer. Going to be transparent with you all.

Our house A/C was out the temperature red in the 90s. My dad was being released from hospital has stage 4 lung cancer. Medical equipment was being delivered to my home and to top it off I was hungover. Not a great combination overall.

I've used AC doctors in the past and was more than satisfied with their service. They went way and beyond we're going to be at my house at 3: 00 p.m. Then Robert called They were very concerned with my status. And we're afraid that if I needed parts the stores would be closed. Robert the air conditioner technician / doctor really made it work. Between him and his coworker they made it happen. Within an hour my air conditioner was up and running. They even asked if I wanted to top off the freon it was low.but we're not pushy about it me. (and if you don't know freon can be very expensive) Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them and their prices once again are extremely compatible.

This weekend our AC couldn't keep up with the heat. Since it was a Sunday evening we emailed AC Doctors requesting a service call. To our surprise they responded within an hour and we had an appointment to service our unit the next day. The service team showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us an estimate of the cost. Within an hour our unit was back up and cooling again. Thanks guys. Great job.
