I can't say enough good things about Joseph. He has bailed our family out on a moments notice several times. He is very professional and thoroughly explains the issue and fix (es). He never tries to push products or service and is very honest about options. Our family will stay with AC Ninja for all of our future needs!

Had blower motor on heater go out. I called Joseph at Ninja A/C. He was out the next morning to inspect; had parts picked up and since a cold front was coming the next day, he installed that evening.

Called them at 9pm with a failed condenser. Had a new outside unit installed the next day by 2pm. They don't call themselves Ninja for nothing. Awesome quick and friendly service!

We contacted AC Ninja after our air started blowing warm on a hot night. Joseph was able to come by the next day and take a look. He was super communicative and friendly. We opted for a new outside unit since ours was at least 20 years old and everything went smoothly for us. Our air is super cold and we love our new wall panel. I will absolutely recommend Joseph and his crew to any family or friend who is in need of AC repair!

Joseph was fantastic. We were struggling with home warranty contractor and no ac for five days. 89 degrees in the house was horrible.
Called Joseph and he got us an estimate and was at our house within two hours with everything he needed to get us up and running.
Not only did he replace the condenser and the coil, he corrected all the workings from multiple goofy fixes!

Joseph Stout and A/C Ninja are my “go-to” guys now for A/C work. I have had a hell of a time the last 2 weeks trying to find a technician to service my A/C system. He was the next on my list in this frustrating search. I contacted him and he was literally at the address within 30 minutes. He made a detour to help me out after hearing the issues I was having. He then diagnosed the probable issues and did NOT try to upsell me on services or equipment I really didn’t need. This is how business used to be done, how it still should be done. With integrity, professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend them for anyone. And I have a couple large scale projects by the end of the year that I will absolutely make them my first phone call now.

Joseph has taken care of many issues with houses we've renovated from installing new ac units to checking systems. Great customer service and response time. Will keep using him.

Joseph came in and diagnosed the leak and gave us a deal for a new coil which was rusted out and filled us up. House is extremely cool now. They came in and get it done. I give AC Ninja my highest recommendation!
