Torrey Stephens is an absolute godsend. She stayed for over an hour to make sure I could operate the gate and gave me the most in depth overview of my locking system. She is my guiding light and amazing!

Been trying to reach out this facility at plano. No one picks up or returns calls. Call center is not helpful.
Moving from Oklahoma on Sunday. Booked unit online. Call center says they don’t give access code unless you walk into the facility and they are closed on Sundays. How is a person moving on Sunday supposed to get code and store stuff? Don’t people move on Sunday all the time?

Shana was not only very nice, she was informative and honest. The facility was clean, and well maintained. I had originally planned on going to Public Storage, but they were closed during business hours. I am so incredibly glad that happened because if not I would not have found this place. They were professional, and saved me a good amount of money.

Great hospitality and very welcoming. Wilma and Shana are the sweetest ladies in the office who helped us set everything up. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for making the process very easy.

I’ve used storage for 20+ years With low expectations due to prior experience. Joe (US Air Force Vet) went above and beyond. We worked with me to find the right size locker by driving me around and offered options to fit my needs. I really had only planned on staying at this location for a couple months but will continue to stay here and my experience with cubesmart and public storage failed in comparison

The price was increased with out any notice! And when I call to ask why a “customer service” called Joe was so rude and disrespectful, He ended hanging out to me. People like him shouldn’t work as a customer service! I’m taking my belongings from that place as soon is posible!
