Drs. Pratt and Krishnaswami are two of the best doctors we’ve ever seen. They have slightly different styles, but I’d highly recommend either.

I went for my yearly check up with Dr. Pratt. He is an amazing doctor. This review is about the office equipment. Virginia took me in a room to take my temp and bliood pressure. She kept starting the blood pressure machine over and over while the cuff was on my arm 4 times and was getting ERROR messages each time. She commented that it happens all the tine. It was 40 points higher than my normal pressure. Finally she said instead of using the upright machhine at rolls acoss the flioor she said let me use the hand held one and got it out of a drawer. I take my own pressure at home and this time the pressure was less 40. I wonder how nany other patients are being given the wrong blood pressure. The owners need to buy new bloiod pessure macnhines and keep all equipnent up to date. If i didnt monitor my own health at home i would never have knoown he error.

First appointment, first impression was this is the doctors office I’ve been searching for. From the friendly receptionist to Dr. Krishnaswami. She was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this place

The office was very welcoming. Everyone was very nice and they make you feel at ease. Virginia was a great help with anything I needed. She was very personable, friendly, and professional. I will recommend this office to my friends and family.

Reason for the 2 stars because NP Colby was amazing. I came for my annual physical and felt comfortable with her. While the negative part of review has nothing to do with the NP or the examine itself, it has everything to do with the front desk assistant Virginia. NP Laquisha Colby was great, nice bedside manners and showed concern with professionalism. The takeaway from visit was Virginia gave me my own specimen to deliver to the lab. Very unprofessional. Virginia basically had me do her job. She took advantage of the opportunity that I was headed to Labcorp to have lab work done, which was apart of the annual since this office can’t do lab work in-house. When I got to Labcorp, two lady technicians was utterly stunned by the fact I had my own specimen in hand and asked me “how did you get this? ” They proceeded to tell me the patient is not to bring this over, shook their head, made other comments in disbelief and was just disgusted by the laziness of Virginia. I called to let her know I didn’t appreciate her unprofessionalism, and was not in the mood right then to tell her how to do her job. For that I won’t be returning and don’t recommend.

I had visited Dr Stephen Pratt at this location. He patiently listened to all my problems, questions and answered them. I loved the way he explained things to me by writing and drawing on a notepad. This made my understanding clear as he goes through it. The staff is super friendly and nice! And regarding the navigation: they are located on building number II on 4 th floor suite 435. Parking available right in front of the building. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Dr Pratt at this location. I was very satisfied with his professional and thorough care. I was made comfortable and at ease with his quiet competence and assurance. His time spent with me was unhurried. Waiting time at the office and in the examination room were less than ten minutes each. His follow up and follow through with lab results were prompt. I've already recommended his services to a number of friends.
