Academy is a very nice place, to get your Sports wear+ Outdoors and more, and the employees is very helpful and nice, go check them out and get your summer shopping on.

The ladies at the fitting room are rude and unprofessional worried about being on the phone and not helping customers had a whole attitude I mean you picked that job at least act like you like it.

Tried returning a defective fishing rod little short manager came up (looks like a lil rat) said I can’t return it without receipt knowing we’ll it is missing parts to it, there they go doing more for a company who cares a bit about them and there they go going above and beyond for a company who has them living check by check.

Terrible experience. Don't think I'll be going back. Fishing gear I wanted to purchase was in a clearance or sale section and turned out it was at regular price. I wanted to obtain a fishing license. I'm a Veteran with 30% Disability and was told to receive a discount I would have to be 50% Disabled and needed a document stating so. I apologize for not being the required 50% Disable. Went to Wal-Mart and they treated a Veteran with more appreciation and respect. Thanks for nothing Academy.

Worst Academy you can go to. Cashiers don’t know what they were doing so after an hour and a half of waiting I left my stuff and walked out. Not to mention I switched lines and the cashier switched her light to off so she wouldn’t ring me out.

I went in to buy some Christmas gifts and tell me WHY. Every time I go there's Never anybody there to Help when u do need the Help u really have to go find Help Smh

Terrible customer service. They need to close down. The stores are a mess and I can rarely find what I'm looking for. I knew better but I went to buy an ice chest. I even opened a card. But as it turns out the ice chests were ALL missing the plugs. But they offered to.give a discount of 15% HAHAHA I called 6 stores and customer service 3 times. And the stores do not answer the phones. The associate said it.was because the stores are busy but I said I dont think.they even have ringers on. So I called while standing right there and sure enough no phones rang. Customer service hung up on me twice and the last time she located the item I wanted and couldn't get the store to varifthey had it WITH the plug. In the end she gave me a 10% off coupon. I drove over an hour and a half and looked at the more stores. And finally found what I was looking for and went to buy it and they didn't give me my discount for using my card for the first time. And then I wanted to use the 10% instead and turns out it was for online only. I was done. I was in check out for over 20 minutes. Rediculous. No managers or any adults in site. All kids with no clue about customer service. I would definitely say AVOID academy at all costs.

I like this place but one of the employees was very rude to me which the manager got on the ball real quick and he was really nice and so is everybody else maybe the guy just had a bad day you could be a four or five later on but not right now

Not enough available employees. In their defense.the store didn't have that many people. Easy in and out.

Love the selection. They have good shoe sales at times and a big selection for the work out and the sports enthusiast.

People here are always helpful. Even customers when I was going to my car asked if I needed assistance. Prices always good and if u check online and it says it's there, I find it always is

I bought a butterly chair On May 25,2018, and parts were missing? Had to drive all the back, when I arrived there werent any available, So I had no choice to obtain an refund: (They had a lot of employees but items were Unorganized I don't know because of it was a Memorial Weekend? OK Store!

Not what it used to be. Now all you have is youngsters running around not eager to help yiu at all.

Limited items, products in boxes not matching box descriptions, un knowledge staff, very clean place

Very friendly staff. I couldn't find a certain kind of cleats and one of the girls got a ladder and made sure she found what I was looking for.

You'll find what you need, possibly, but the store is completely disorganized, especially the shoe section.

Visited this store almeda area before and it was good service however this last visit line for checkout was very long and cashier was super super slow.another cashier decided to close her register when there were 9 people in line not including the one being taken care of at the time. Which took cashier like 12 minutes to checkout customer with 4 pairs of boots.even that customer was frustrated already with cashier because she could not multi-task (talk and work) some people decided to walk out.disappointing visit.also parking lot not clean.dog poop and trash thrown in parking lot.store needs some attention.or new management.
