3 I lost 6 bucks in vending machines at my job and I asked for months for refund, instead tmthey been hitting my card while I'm at home and not at work they also hit me for the wrong amounts charging me more and I have asked them to stop, now today they hit a card I did not use for 3.35 and I did not but anything but 1 coke with different card, I try and call and they cancel my call I have emailed and they ignore I'm going to talk to my company and get the machines removed. And I'm going to file theft on my card this had been going on for months.
Last week at my job they raise the prices more the 10%.
Tx law (just saying that I want to start laughing) says that a price increase of more then 10% is usuery.
Well the raised the chips from 1.50 to 2.00 and can soda from 1.25 to 1.50, also they charge 15 cents if you use a card of any kind. However they will wait till Sunday to update this which is odd. Anyhow I'm done using there machines.
Beware of their vending machines in the baggage claim area of AUS airport. It immediately charged me almost $50 for the two items I removed. I sent proof and the company never refunded. Very disreputable staff and customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. 7 months and still they haven't made this right.
One of these guys van drivers sped around me going into on coming traffic because I was going the speed limit. If this company operates anything like their drives it’s not the kind of place I would support.
