Do not waste your time at this place. Everyone is super unprofessional. They don’t care about your time at all! I called to verify if they received a consent letter from my Dr. The woman placed me on hold for 15 minutes and I had to call back because of the excessive hold time. She also didn’t even request to put me on hold and just did it. I still was willing to give them a chance. Well when I got to my 3: 00 appointment today I had to wait a little over 30 minutes in the lobby. It probably would have been longer if I didn’t complain. When I finally got to the back the dental assistant did my bitewing X-rays. It took her about 5-10 minutes to complete everything. Well she brought me back into another room and told me to wait longer for the Doctor! I was so annoyed at this point. Well I waited a while for the doctor to come. I briefly saw the doctor just like the dental assistant. Probably saw the doctor for about 5-10 minutes. The Doctor wouldn’t answer any of my questions and just kept telling me someone will be with me shortly to discuss a treatment plan. Very quick to check me out and leave. The doctor ran into another room. And started treating a 3 year old patient Immediately right after me. Didn’t even change her gloves or anything. Just walked into the other room and stated treating the poor kid. I was waiting while hearing the 3 year old scream. I know kids hate the dentist, so that’s normal. I waited again for someone to come in the room and give me a treatment plan. Finally they came in and I was furious at this point. They gave me a treatment plan that I didn’t believe was right. Basically they wanted me to come back and get services after waiting almost 2 hours. I should have received services or at least gotten a treatment plan within 30-45 minutes of my appointment. Waiting an hour and half just to get told to come back is ridiculous. They put that 3 year old in the room that I originally was in for my X-rays and didn’t even sanitize the chair. They are not following proper Covid procedures to keep patients safe and the staff could care less about your time. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE! They over book appointments and the place is disgusting. Bathrooms are gross and the chairs in the lobby aren’t appropriate for a pandemic either. You can’t clean soft chairs appropriately.

You will get sick from being here or waste your whole day off of a appointment.

I have a deep rooted fear of the dentist and all who work in the dentist office, that being said, Dr. PhaM is fantastic. I recently started the process for dentures and he has made me so comfortable during the process. His intern Kaely (I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong) is so friendly and has a great positive attitude. The entire staff (those whom I've interacted with) is fantastic and has a wonderful " bedside manner ".

My complain is i came in to get an extraction and my dr did not show up. They had to call a back up dr (he is asian). I already had turn in all the paper work, i was ready and extremely nervous but i was expecting to get nitrous oxide. While the procedure was starting the dr was ready to jump in and i asked "what about the laughing gas? " his exact words where "you wanna pay more? " I was confused i thought i did in fact paid for it but i guess i messed up on the paperwork. That is not the end of it, while he was removing my tooth he dropped it and i was choking. After the procedure was done i found out i did pay for nitrous oxide, am i gonna get part of my money back? My insurance paid for 80% but for those who paid for everything be careful what dr you get here and double check that you indeed payed for the laughing gas before he asked if you wanna pay more.

Friendly staff and good service. Good availability including Saturday times. Would recommend if you are looking for a dentist as they see both kids and adults.

Everytime I have gone, the wait is at least 45 mins before anyone can be seen. I dont mind waiting sometimes but this is not the expectation. I wait every visit. I have had my braces for a year and there has been no change in my teeth. I have an appointment thursday and we will be discussing my treatment but I may be switching. My wedding is in 10 months and I need this process to start. I will be keeping you guys updated. I gave them 3 stars because everyone has been more than nice to me.

I never been around such caring people in the dentist industry such as this dental office. Please consider access dental when you're thinking about your dental needs.

I could put 0 stars if I could. I am beyond dissatisfied, so is my husband. We had a very similar experience. This has been by far my worse experience at a dental clinic. I worked as a receptionist at a dental clinic for 2 years and never once behaved the way the staff at access dental does around patients. This place is extremely unprofessional and dirty! No standards at all. I came for a first visit special, x rays, evaluation and Cleaning included in the price. At the time they were taking the x rays, there was 4 people inside the tiny room! Yes! 3 other people inside tiny x Ray room that had no business there plus the girl taking my x rays.being loud and Chatting about completely out of place topics and inappropriate language with eAchother, one of the girls looking at herself in the mirror inside the x Ray room and fixing her hair, then proceed to sit in a chair and got on her phone.no respect for the patients time and privacy at all! The place is so loud, staff shouting in the halls, and chitchatting! What a joke! And waste of our time
Of course we didn't get the basic Cleaning that was included, because they wanted to charge us for a deep cleaning, and although we need it, they could honor the basic cleaning and they didn't. I read a review in here about getting a diagnosis with several cavities and had none when getting a second opinion. I am skeptical about having 8 cavities, last dental exam I had was a year ago and I had non. I will be updating. Seriously.who manages this place? Please, take your job seriously, as we patients pay for a service and the least expected is professionalism. This place should not be in business at all! Doctor Khan, stretched my cheek so bad pulling with her finger while doing the exam, they don't even have the proper equipment to assist for that! She mentioned that the crown I had previously done at a different dentist was not well done/ cemented and i would need it redone. (mind you I had mentioned previously to the assistant I had a temporary crown done a few days ago and also wrote it down in the forms) but what’s most shocking is that.its very obvious to the eye that it is a plastic temporary crown and if the dentist can’t tell, that’s obviously not a good sign. I had to tell her and she was out of words saying she was basing on the x Rays (while she has me with mouth wide open under bright light). Definitely push for a refund if you're disappointed! We were able to get a refund.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! My appointment was at 11.00am by 11.30 I was home in pflugerville.she was only seen for no more than 10minutes. I hate Medicaid offices like this. Dr Khan didn't do anything for my daughter. She didn't scale her teeth, brush her teeth or even floss, no x-rays or ANYTHING. My daughter has really bad build up SHE DIDNT EVEN SCALE HER TEETH. Take your kids elsewhere, where they actually care about your child and not see them as another check. I hate this office and it was my first time and I will not be coming back

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! These ppl are rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and scamming/taking advantage of patients with Medicaid. When you ask questions they are dismissive and out right lie to your face about what they are doing to your children. Dr. Gomez abruptly pulled my child out of anesthesia because I refused the UNNECESSARY extraction of my daughter's teeth. This is after they intentionally left out vital information of her treatment plan. They lied about the potential to find another dentist to do a less extreme treatment plan (which I later found) The staff is rude and talks down to you as if having a child on medicad equates intelligence level. They assume that if you are black you don't speak Spanish and talk about you and your children. The anesthesiologist literally said to me "WE PUT YOUR CHILDS LIFE AT RISK" - they gave me a treatment plan AFTER putting her under and then abruptly took her off! They rushed her out of recovery and then REFUSED to give me the names of everyone that was in the room working on her. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE
