I am extremely disappointed in the service I received as a patient. You would think the doctor would recommend different options before shoving a "cosmetic procedure" with the exact "cost amount" out there 2 minutes into the LONG 5 minute visit. The unprofessionalism by the provider was dumbfounding and the lack of bedside manner has ensured I will NEVER return to this clinic.

Dr. Ali was great, however it is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. Typically directed to VM (which states they will get back to you within 24 hours), this has only happened once out of the 5 plus attempts to reschedule.

Staff was attentive and uplifting; very knowledgeable and efficient. Dr.ali is the best derm doctor in sugarland

I had a small growth removed here and had a great experience. Dr. Ali was fantastic and all of the other staff are very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Highly recommended.

Dr. Ali is the best Dermatologist in Houston! I've been to several over the years, and him and his staff are head and shoulders above the rest. My go to for all of mine and my family's skin issues. My kids saw him growing up, and he helped them regain their confidence improving their acne. I've sent several friends to see him and they all have thanked me. He's not just a Doctor, but he takes the time to get to know you, and makes a Doctor's appointment more than routine.

We were referred to this Dr/clinic by my son's PCP. Upon arriving to the clinic and being on the waiting room he mistreated us by saying if we didn't want to wait that we could leave. That my son's issue is no big deal. And there is nothing he can do. He was very rude and unprofessional made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated by his behavior and lack of empathy. Will not be coming back or recommending anyone to this clinic.

I always enjoy coming to see Dr. Ali and his staff, they are always so friendly and efficient, I never feel rushed. Both nurses are wonderful and the front desk ladies are exceptional. Dr. Ali is amazing, he makes sure I understand what and how the difference treatments are done and takes his time. The office is always so beautiful and clean. I will definitely keep referring people to this office!

I usually have anxiety going to clinics but not here! The team is super friendly and helpful with setting up my appointments. Dr. Ali is very personable and really makes sure that all of my questions are always answered. There’s never any surprises, and I’m always given a detailed explanation of what follow ups will be needed and what kinds of things I need to do to help ease with what I’m getting treated. If you’re looking for a great dermatologist in the area, this is the place to go!

I give them tow chances to fix that, but they didn’t do the best. I have swelling under the skin and the doctor cut it twice and it’s still open. They didn’t clean it enough so it’s still swelling and pus under the skin and didn’t close completely since May.this is terrible plus I did the face peeling, I didn’t feel any different and I told the nurse and she didn’t care. She said everyone different! I had a little surgery and the doctor sutured it and that left markes! To be fair the doctor and his teams friendly and replaying calls. I waited more than 4 months to schedule my first appointment, thank you

My experience here was awesome I came here to get a cyst removed off my head and I have learn to ask more questions to get an clear understanding of what was going on with my head so there wouldn’t be no miscommunication/ misunderstanding about what was going. Dr. Ali and his staff was truly amazing and helpful throughout this journey of removing the cyst that caused me so much pain and I really thank him and his staff.
