Accurate Home Services, Kaufman TX

I used these guys before and thought they were a pretty straight forward and honest company. After reading over a few other reviews, I see this is not a one time thing of over pricing a job with excessively high estimate. Blower Motor & Wheel for my unit I was given an estimate of $1000 more than the total cost of another honest contractor charged me for a brand new Blower motor and wheel installed. I contacted Accurate Home Services by email to make them aware of the difference in cost. The manager informed me his tech had "misquoted" the price which was double what the manager said he was supposed to charge. Only problem with that while I was getting second opinion. Accurate Home Services text me to informed me they had financing options. No mention of misquote. I believe they would have accepted the estimated amount had I chose to use them. Techs are nice and professional. I had no problems with work quality on previous jobs. But I will now feel I was over charged for every job Accurate has done for me. The manager offered discounts for future jobs but no offer to refund the service call I paid.

Love this place! Fast and professional service, Koyt Rowan found the issue immediately and had my ac up and running in no time. Will only use this company from now on.

Another absolute 5 star interaction with this business. James Moore came out this time to do an annual checkup and was a total professional. He is obviously a consumate ac tech. I would trust him to do repairs even if wasn't home. Another winner from accurate home services.

The “same day” service provided by Accurate Home Services was 5 star worthy! The electrician assigned to our job went above and beyond to ensure we completely understood the issue and helped guide us to the best solution. The office staff was extremely communicative and did everything that was promised. I highly recommend this company.

Josh did a super job. He ran electricity to our new hot tub pavilion, wired up a multiple outlets, and hung a ceiling fan. The work was professional and we love the way everything looks and works.

Ashton and Preston were the technicians assigned to complete a rejuvenation on my heat/air conditioning unit. Ashton is extremely knowledgeable and honest in the work he does! Both techs were professional, respectful and hard working! They did an amazing job and cleaned up after the work was done! They are both an asset to the Accurate Home Solutions organization.

Josh with AHS was awesome! He was so helpful and also helped to explain the nature of the electrical issues we were having. He was friendly and professional and had our entire interior and exterior panels repaired and replaced within a day. We will DEFINITELY be using AHS in the future. Recommend requesting Josh for all your electrical needs!

Josh and Justin and the other worker (I can't remember his name) with them were very professional and timely. They explained what they were doing and completed the job within the time they said it would take. Very friendly.

The customer service is great! I had some scheduling conflicts which necessitated changing my appointment on two occasions. This was never a problem, I was always handled in a friendly and courteous manner. When a scheduling conflict occurred on Accurate’s end, Maddy was very apologetic and to make things right, she gave me a discount on my bill. The technician who performed the estimation, Daryle, was very nice and professional. The two technicians who performed the replacement of my smoke detectors, Danny and Ronnie, were very courteous and efficient. Overall, I have had a great experience. I will definitely use this company in the future and would recommend them for any of your electrical project needs.

I had to have a new heating and AC system installed in my home and all of the people we encountered were great and provided great service. Our installer, Diego was so helpful and he did a great job! I will definitely use Accurate Home Services in the future.

Josh came out to wire and install a fan for us. He extremely professional, even offered to dispose of the box for us. He did an amazing job and even placed the bulbs in the light and made sure that it all worked properly. He had a great disposition and even talk to my husband during the job.

Everyone I was in contact with at the company was very polite. I had 2 issues where they were late to show up the first 2 estimate appointments, but that was OK. When they showed up on the third time to give me an estimate, the gentleman was very nice, but my issue came when I found out the company was charging almost double what normal electrical companies charge and gave me inaccurate information about what was in my electrical panels as far as wiring. Their communication was subpar within the company, because I had people showing up and calling when I told them I did not need them.
I told dispatch that we had 2 additional electricians sent out to do estimates because of our home warranty only to find out they gave us a very heavily inflated price quote. She was very nice and apologized and offered to price match and that it was an HVAC pertain who did our estimate and she would have the electrical manager call us, I did advise her that my husband was upset because he felt like they were trying to take advantage of me by scaring me telling me my house could burn up. So the staff is polite, but get multiple estimates, please! I'm giving the 2 stars because they are polite, but highly aggravated that they tried to charge me double.
