We've been using them for the past couple of years and have had a great experience. They're very friendly and thorough.

Used many services and have worked for many places. Accurate upholds the highest standard of quality.

They were GREAT! I have never experienced customer service like this before. From the front office to the guys that came out, they all went above and beyond.

The technician was on time. We discussed what needed to be addressed.

He asked about accessing the backyard which was good, but I had to remind him to treat the inside of my shed for the carpenter ants as well as the outside of the shed. For the amount of money I was being charged, I thought treating the inside of the shed would be a given.

I also asked him about the hole near the roof in the front of my house and he showed me the product he used to deter the squirrels. I was told by Todd that the technician was going to use a metal plate, but the technician explained the area was too small for a metal plate. I hope the squirrels stay away with the product he used because I have had issues with squirrels before.

The technician also performed my quarterly service with the addition of the yard.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the carpenter ants and squirrels stay away.

The company was quick to respond and take care of our rodents and pests that were in a unit attic. I like the fact that they repair any holes where the animals are getting in while they are there. I highly recommend them.

This company is the absolute best in the business! There’s no better. My tech Paul was very professional.

We've been using Accurate for over a year and are very happy with their service. We initially called them for a major ant problem after moving into our new house, they were attacking anything we left out. After the first treatment, the next day the ants were practically gone! It was such a relief. We also have a quarterly service and rarely ever see any bugs inside. The technicians are always on time and professional, and finish very quickly. Highly recommend Accurate!

I've had accurate come out 3 times for German Roaches, and the 1st guy and last guy Rene did a thorough job throughout my home. The second guy didn't do much. My mother use their services which is why I chose them. I'm unhappy thus far.

This was the first time the serviceman did not cover his shoes before he entered my home. It was a wet rainy day. That needs correction.

Accurate pest sent an email asking for a review so here it is:

Do NOT recommend. I regret using this company.
Go elsewhere for your pest control needs.

Reasons:
1) no one was able to explain to me what services I should expect on my initial service. I was told a thorough inspection, which never happened… the asst.manager argued with me about it, told me she’d have someone else call me, and then no one else called me. I asked what a thorough inspection included…are you going in the attic? Are you going in the crawl space? The asst.manager got defensive with these questions, so she probably didn’t know.

2) The service technician showed up and didn’t know what service we ordered, so he told us he didn’t have the equipment for what we wanted. He left and told them we didn’t want the service because we had movers. This was a flat lie. There were no movers at our house. I think it was the end of the day and he wanted to go home.

3) The people I have spoken to on the phone (other than the scheduler) are just rude.

Very professional and polite. Arrived on time and were careful of property. I'm sure I won't have problems with any more "critters" Definitely would recommend them.

Service was performed by John with professionalism and friendly manner and covered all aspects of getting rid of the bugs! Also provided advice on other issues of pest control.

I have been most pleased with their service. I had not had any pest control service since Covid-19 shut everything down, so I was overdue, and have had wasps become a nuisance. I had tried my spraying streams cans of wasp control from Home Depot, and that stuff worked for a whole week. Then a new wasp family made a swift effort to move into the old nests. They have tried to come around since Accurate Pest Control sprayed the outside. I am happy to say the wasps have moved on, and so have the spiders who were trying to put webs everywhere around my outside. Gary was very professional and never stopped working until he was done. He was most efficient! This is still accurate as of my last regular home maintenance exterior spraying 07/22/2023. The sugar ants that I used to see regularly on my counters have also been gone for months and months.
