A miss Alycia was incredibly disrespectful to me, raising her voice, refusing service, laughing at me calling me unintelligent, made remarks about my financial stability even. All completely unprofessional and out of bounds as an employee representing an establishment. I was simply trying to load money. I'll be taking my business to a different establishment and avoiding this one alltogether. The time is 11: 04 and the date is 10/29/23 and the store # is 1918.
I'm giving a two star because the fee to cash a check is outrageous here. Even though you set up direct deposit the will still charge you the fee.
The staff was nice and very respectful. Recommend everyone to ask for lia will be coming back for financial assistance.

Mrs. Lia at ace check cashing is literally God send. Got me in and out no problems everything was so fast and smooth.
Ive used ACE many times before and never have I had an issue. Friday, I waited 15 minutes before I was told to come back tomorrow. I did, this teller was extremely rude. Still didnt cash my check, was told I would have to come back Monday, which is tomorrow. The check is good, lets see if they can finally figure that out. Go to the local place up the street, they are streamlined and appear to know how to make money, I dont see this store being here much longer without a big overhaul.
These ladies were awesome and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the city of Lubbock.
