***TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE***I visited this location for the 1st time ever to cash a check on 10/29/20 and was assisted by Maribel. Firstly, she didn't greet me when I entered. After she entered my full social in the system, Maribel pulls out a form and asks me for 2 references because I was "a new check-cashing customer". I informed her that in the nearly 2 decades that I've been to Ace locations, I'd never been asked for references to cash a check. She then asked if I visited another Ace that same day- which I did in my resident city for something else and do you know she had the NERVE to ask me "What did you do at our other location? " as if it was her business! I was literally only at this location cashing a check from a loan company 3 doors down from her because they didn't have enough cash on hand and this woman treated me like I was giving her a hot check or something from the moment I walked in. As a black woman in today's climate I felt discriminated against and if not for the sake of time and business to handle, I would've left, deposited it my personal account & just let my bank hold the check for however many days. This experience makes me never want to visit another Ace location for any reason even though Maribel's service was by far the worst and only bad experience I've had with this company.

The agent wasn't as friendly and I felt as if she had an issue with me. She seemed to make me do unnecessary steps. I had to fill out a form which all she did with it was fold it up and put it in a drawer. I have cashed checks with several Ace locations and I have cashed a check at the same location but she said I hadn't. I wasn't thrilled to have her as my agent.

My reasons only because of the Flare acct.i already recommended to my son.he has a credit union, but he also wants another acct.the only thing i didnt like was before I signed up, I specifically asked is there a charge everytime i deposit n the associate said no, but i n reality i do have to pay to deposit or else i wouldnt of gone through with it. Owell too late other than that im happy with it anyways

Great customer service, the employees don't know that they are ripping you off! If you can drive to Ft. Worth and cash your checks at pls, you won't have to pay so much and they are open 7 days a week and all hours

Worst customer service ever, it was not my first day in this store. Today on 09/24/18 whoever was on duty by 11: 00 am don’t know how to serve customer. They need more training.

I paid my rent through them for $775 and a couple of weeks later got an eviction notice for no payment. Contacted Ace over the course of 2 months within the store itself calling corporate office, customer service line, and email. Very little answers and absolutely no help from nobody. One person on the customer service end told me his name was Bob which had to be a lie, wouldn't transfer me to his supervisor told me he was the supervisor, when asked to speak to somebody above him he refused and said he is it. A Mr. Davis, regional VP finally called me on Februrary and flat out said they cant do anything. Even though Ive used them for 3-4 years faithfully and told him I was in the store location in a 30 minute time frame refused to check video camera to see if the employee pocketed my money. I ended up having to pay my rent twice in December ruining any plans I had for my kids Christmas and setting me so far back in my bills I had to max credit cards to stay afloat and now I am in debt with no sign of being able to catch up anytime soon. Most terrible experience ever as a person and a customer. This is a Crime, plain and simple. I paid for services and my money was lost in the process and I was told by bob at customer service that its "tough luck" and "these things happen" Well if these things happen they should have a better system in fixing "these things" instead they put all blame on the customer and refuse to refund my money.
