There was one dentist and about 4 patients actively undergoing exams or treatments. This meant the dentist was not able to give individual attention to each patient and basically rotated between exam rooms.

I needed a filling which required numbing injections. The fact that the dentist gave me my injections then left me waiting for up to 20 minutes to care for other patients meant that I needed additional numbing injections and experienced unnecessary pain.

This is the second dental clinic I’ve been to that saw patients in this ‘rotation’ manner, and while this experience was no where near as traumatic, it left me filled with anxiety and expecting immense pain due to the wait between injection and drilling. Schedule a patient, see that patient, THEN see the next patient. A single dentist shouldn’t be seeing 4 patients ALL AT ONCE. One patient at a time.

On a positive note the receptionists, dentist, and cost of the work were pleasant and within reason. However, I won’t be back and am currently looking for a clinic that doesn’t implement this scheduling practice.

I had 3 extractions done today and impressions for a partial denture. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The procedure was handled by Dr. Athena and assisted by Judith. They were wonderful! Thanks, Luv! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wasn't given instructions on a follow-up appt.and, at the time, I wasn't thinking clearly enough to inquire about it.

Wonderful experience. The staff are all amazing. Very easy and comfortable to work with. Definitely recommend.

As a new patient, they tried to insist on a panoramic xray, which wouldn’t be covered by my insurance as I had one 10 months ago. Normal bite wing X-rays should be enough paired with previous panoramic X-ray. I got them a copy of previous one but it wasn’t sufficient. I left and found another dentist.

Best service ever.if I can kiss the Dr.feet I will, I was in so much pain they treat me so nice.i was in so much pain I don't even remember the Dr name she even give me a discount I want to say thank youuuu so so much for Everything y'all did for me. 100% recommended

They were so sweet and prompt to take both my girls at the same time and squeeze them in real quick before school started back for the Spring semester. Always kind and take the time to explain the the girls how their oral hygiene effects their life and in what ways they can improve. They also give kudos for what they’ve done right with their teeth. Front staff was amazing in helping coordinate my dual insurance and did it with an ease I haven’t seen in years. Working in the medical, that’s a refreshing change. Front staff are underrated and this office has some of the best!

To the Dental Hygienists that helped the girls you were so gentle and kind working with them and that matters…. Bedside/chair side manner is always welcomed and hardly ever seen anymore unfortunately.

Yes Dr. Y does a fantastic job i would say anyone needing dental work she's the one to see. Very good job Doc.

Went in for a cleaning. Started with Xrays and then an hour and half later a plan to fix other issues. I don't know about other people but I get 1 day off a week. 2 hours visit and no cleaning. This will be my last appointment with Ace.

I was disappointed with Ace dental. I was there at 9 am and didn't leave til 11.45 for only 2 cavities to fill. The all in all time spent with a doc was 20-25 min but they were too busy to complete the job without having to go from patient to patient to patient. I think it was probably good care but I felt like the way they run their system was very time wasting for the patient. I was lucky my babysitter didn't need to be anywhere.
They also had very interns taking care of x rays and were very new to learning how to be a dental assistant. But this wasn't what bothered me. You have to start somewhere. Being there for 3 hours for 20 min of work was a shame. I hope the customers time will become a little more respected I guess.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to with Ace Dental in Belton! I haven’t been to the dentist is about 10 years & had 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. 10/10 recommend them! They were very nice, gentle, & very professional. They made me feel very comfortable! BOOK YOUR APPT WITH THEM, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Doc Roo is incredibly kind and has a gently touch when working on your teeth id highly recommend him.

First experience was good, second experience not good quite frustrating, some what traumatizing and over all just saddening. Especially after paying for the same thing twice. I went to have a composite done and the first time it was too small for my liking however Dr. Ahmad was not to worried about what I wanted she more so felt that her work was fine and nothing needed to be fixed, however even when I came I was given the third degree about wanting the composite redone with passive aggressive statements while she was redoing my composite i.e. "goodbye my beautiful work. " She was not happy with the fact that I was not happy with the composite she had done before and it was made clear so once she was done and gave me some what of the shape I wanted I left. I'm unsatisfied honestly with this office, I've paid for the same thing twice and then also now have a yellowish brown composite which the composite before was not this color at all because I have the picture. She wiped blood into the composite that she was making and it discolored it and instead of trying to correct it to satisfy me she stated that I had staining there before and I did not because I have pictures of my teeth prior to her working on them and after.
