The appointment went smoothly.
Looking forward into continuing dental care for my grandson. Very pleased with his treatment plan with his dentist.

Got me in quick but disorganized & untimely. Worst part of my visit is the fact that they only have 1 dr & only assistant hygienists! Meaning the only person who can do an actual cleaning is the dr. The assistants can only floss & polish. They don't have enough equipment that they have to share certain tools. Not interesting in revisiting but the only reason I gave them a try anyway is because they're open on Saturdays.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD. I got a root canal and had already made a $50 deposit then when I got there I had to pay another $200. Then I told them I was only available on Saturday to get my permanent crown and fill done. Then when it came down to it they had nothing available and was not able to work with me like they claim. I was told any Dentist could do my crown now I'm being told only the same provider can do it. This place has poor customer service and provides false information. I WILL NEVER refer them or come back after I get what I paid for EVER AGAIN!

The staff here is super friendly and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. The Dr. ’s are informative and supportive. Overall, great experience every time. 100% would recommend.

Dr. Sonkar pulled my wisdom teeth very quickly with no pain. I’d say my best experience with the dentist period. Thank you to her and the dental assistants that helped. Great experience! !

Horrible experience to know that I went with my sister and she had two wisdom teeth removed half way and they decided to have her walk to a different room while carrying the tools they were using and then continued to use the same tools without cleaning them first off gross. With half of her bottom tooth removed and half of the top removed they closed and sewed up her gums and know I’m sitting in the emergency room and just found out that she has to have oral surgery to fix the mess up killeen ace dental has done. When called to let them know what was wrong they gave attitude and said I was fine if I’m that worried to go to the emergency room. Well here I am and I hope they get shut down. This picture is the whole side of my face swollen so much and red while it burns to the touch. I just had this done 2 days ago

Wonderful experience. Have had bad experiences in the past with dentists, but everyone in this location is friendly, calm and reassuring. Did an amazing job!

So I don’t usually give reviews but I just had too. I’ve been to dentists all over the country and none of them compare to Ace dental. They truly care about their patients. Especially Dr. Sneha. She was amazing. Extremely professional. Pain free extraction. She made me feel comfortable. Everyone is so amazing.

The office staff is professional and efficient yet still provide personalized service. Dr. Singh is the very best and goes out of her way to make you feel at ease and valued.

Everyone was so nice, from the assistance to the dr. They treat you like a person not a patient. I most recommend ACE Dental

Great staff and Dr.they are very attentive and will address any concerns you have. They did a good job explaining my treatment plan and associated costs before starting treatment as well.

The whole staff is beyond friendly, and they made it very easy to understand my complicated dental work needed. They have a dental patient for life.

Scheduled as a new patient, when they called me to confirm the appointment I was in a meeting at work… I called back to confirm it a few hours later and they gave my appointment slot away, and then they tried to schedule me for a different day…. Poor way to run a practice. Honestly if you’re looking for a good dental practice go to Coast dental.they were even able to get me in the same day!

Great experience. My wisdom tooth broke and I was seen by Dr. Aditi Gupta for an extraction. Treatment was painless, quick and no discomfort after numbing wore off. Staff was friendly and made me comfortable.

All of the staff was so nice and understanding. They took care in how they treated me …and Doc. As they called her; took great care of me. I got a welcoming Family feel for them … definitely recommend & will be returning

First time visit and I’m here to stay. I walked in scared and nervous about getting a root canal and Dr. Singh and her tech were amazing. They assured me I would feel no pain after she numbed my tooth after the end she couldn’t save my tooth she had to extract it. She was so gentle and steady I almost fell asleep during my visit. I truly grateful for the office and they made me feel welcomed and help me with my dental anxiety.everyone was nice smiling n beautiful people my whole family will be going back.
