ACE Endodontics Cypress

I had been suffering a really bad tooth ache for days. Even though they were busy, they still fit me in which required the Dr.and assistant to stay later than they usually would.

I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I go to ACE Endodontics Cypress. Everyone
in the office is so friendly, and they will bend over backwards to help you. I highly recommend them.

Went in telling them that a prior root canal was cracked at the root. X-rays provided by my primary dentist. After charging me for extra X-rays and services they then informed me that they do not do this work, knowing what I was seeing them for. Now that are asking for more money as the insurance company did not cover as much as they are charging for not fixing my issue. Would NOT recommend to anyone

Well I never thought “pleasant experience” would ever be associated with a root canal but here I am. From the entrance door to the exit these folks were awesome. The environment was great and setup for soothing. The DOC took great care explaining everything along the way and keeps the good music playing throughout the place. If you have to get work done, this is the place to ask for, even if it’s a little further or way out of the way.

I had a very pleasant experience at this place.
The doctor in particular, she was so caring and friendly.
I was stunned when she personally called me to know how I was doing after my treatment. No others doctors have done that

I had two root canals at the same time. Dr. Pedott was Amazing. Her humming and singing helped me to stay relaxed. My mouth is small and I wasn’t able to tolerate the bite block. She was able to work with me and I was able to relax my jaw while she switched tools. She was super caring and helpful checking on me later that evening.

Had a great experience. Was seen on time, no wait. Kept me informed as the procedure unfolded. Felt like they genuinely cared about me. Asked often if I was okay. Would highly recommend them. Dr. Pedott was great and I really enjoyed the 70’s music.

I scheduled a root canal the week before Thanksgiving. The area was infected and couldn't be numbed. Dr. Pedott prescribed antibiotics/steroids and rescheduled for the following week. So I had a root canal the day before Thanksgiving. Dr. Pedott made sure the area was numb and I was completely comfortable before starting the procedure. The 70's playlist and her professional demeanor made the procedure easy and I wasn't anxious at all. I've had a few root canals in the past (weak teeth apparently) and this was, by far, the best one. She texted me that evening to make sure everything was okay. The office called me a few days later to make sure all was still well. 5 stars!

I had a comfortable and helpful experience with Dr. Pedott and her staff. I am pleased to recommend her to anyone who dreads a root canal!

I've had an immense amount of trouble with dentists over the years, but these guys made me so comfortable! Dr. P has first hand experience of needing to have work done which causes her to choose products and practices that make the patient most comfortable. They are patient, kind, and able to work in emergency situations.

It is never a good time for a root canal but right now in particular is a hard time for me. On top of that I have extreme anxiety at the dentist. Needless to say, I am not always the easiest patient. Dr. Susan Pedott and the staff at ACE were patient and kind. The doctor followed up with me that night and the staff the next day. I would not hesitate to come back. Let’s hope I do not need to.

Because of my high anxiety I chose IV sedation. The anesthesiologist arranged through ACE was Dr Michael Ho with Safe Sleep Anesthesia. Based on my experience I would go elsewhere if this was my only option for IV sedation. There were no issues that I experienced medically, I was put to sleep and did not feel any pain. Though I think his hourly rates are high and when I asked, he was very defensive. Also, I am not sure about his other practices. First, his medical intake was done via text which is not secure and confidential. Second, ACE called as I was leaving for my appointment saying there would be a delay because of Dr Ho. I then texted Dr Ho to see if there would be an additional delay since I needed to arrange transportation (since his delay was an issue with the original transportation plan). His text back to me included medical information about his current patient.

Though as I mentioned above, I would recommend Dr Pedott and ACE Endodontics.

The staff is very professional, competent, and efficient. Dentist Dr. Pedott is excellent. I’ve had 3 root canal procedures in the last 4 months and she explains everything nicely. She is the only dentist that I had that called in the evening the day of my procedure to follow up and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend using her services.

Very friendly staff. A painless procedure. They explained every step to me. Really pleased with the experience and outcome.

I needed an emergency root canal and they fit me in by working through lunch. Under difficult times they provided excellent service. The doctor called follow up in the evening. They are great.

From the first phone call, this office took care of me! I had had a headache for about 2 weeks. My dentist referred me after an inconclusive exam.

By the time I got ACE, I wasn't even sure which tooth was bothering me. Dr Pedott was able to identify the troublesome tooth. I'm hard to numb but she endeavoured to make sure my root canal was pain free. I appreciate Dr. Pedott's plan not to cause me any (more) pain. I wanted to push through the process but Dr. Pedott took her time and made sure I was numb.

I'd recommend this office for any future dental work, they helped me get thru a process that promised to be rough. And they checked on me after! The whole team was wonderful!
