These guys are amazing. We have used them twice, and in a few hours, they changed the appearance of our entire condo. They can do everything, caulking around the kitchen sink and in the bathroom, cutting holes in marble countertops and installing a water filter system, installing floor molding perfectly, on and on. No job is too small for them. What a great find this company is. Alex is professional, pleasant and a skilled craftsman. He did all the little things I probably could do, but I know I would have messed something up. Don't wait to get those little jobs done - Call this company. I will be using them whenever I need a handyman!

Andrew was very thorough with the list I provided for him. When I forgot an item, he did not mind me adding it on. Granted you are charged for the time working. But sometimes service people will be irritated if they need to do additional things. I will definitely request Andrew in the future when I need more things done.

Ace Handyman Services West Austin does a great job being professional with good followup and communication. Alex who came to our house to work on our projects is great to work with and does quality work.

Ace installed 4 ceiling fans for us. They were very responsive, courteous, and fairly priced for the installation. All 4 fans were remote control fans. After the installer left, I realized that the remote controls were working operating multiple fans because they need to have different frequencies set for them. I was unsure of doing it myself for fear of messing anything up so I called Ace back up and they rushed out to help me get he remotes on their own frequencies, at no extra labor cost. It was an easy thing to overlook and they were very kind about coming out ASAP to help me solve it. Very friendly, very fair, very communicative and quick turn around. Highly rated.

First time hiring a handyman, Alex was thorough and professional. He finished the job quickly, cleaned up thoroughly and even did touch up paint. I already have more projects lined up. 16 fixtures switched out.

This was Andrew Dillons 3rd trip to our request as we wanted him to help us get our house ready for sale. On every trip he performed 110% to our expectations. He is courteous, on time and just a nice guy. He knows his stuff! We have already requested a 4th estimate from him for additional work. He actually has been a God send. If you want it done right.with no problems whatsoever He is your guy and Michelle in the office makes it happen and is excellent at communicating!

The quality of the work was exceptional and our handyman was very professional and friendly.

Handy man got texture material on Artwork, walls, doors, new floors and ceiling. Drywall he installed is already cracking and coming apart after two hours. Instead of cleaning the texture he decided to paint over it with a paint that doesn't match the original. Friendly guy just not very good at drywall. I will now have to hire another contractor to fix what Ace did to my walls and floors.
The company did reach out after leaving this review and offer to send the tech back out. I do appreciate the call, the level of customer service and the offer. If he could have done it right the first time im sure he would have so there is no reason to send the guy back out. I have contacted another company to redo the drywall.

BEWARE! NOT DISCLOSED until work completed! Trip fees AND two-hour minimum! $400 to plane 6” of the front door! TOTAL RIP-OFF!

Alex was very professional and efficient. Came and did an evaluation of a half dozen varied issues, went and got materials, came back and did the work to our expectations. We appreciate the work, and wouldn't hesitate to use Ace again.
