Ace Hardware, Bay City TX

Only place to get propane in a 25 mile radius. There are other places, but they either don't want to work or they don't measure up to the standard of service I get from the staff here at Ace Hardware

I really like that there are always plenty of friendly staff who are happy to help out. The store has the usual range of hardware and related products, is easy to get to and park at, and generally nothing to fault.

This is my favorite store ever. Everyone is so friendly. Small town charm. Great products and a great price. Wish I had one where home is. I shop at this store every opportunity that shows itself.

I really hate going there. They always treat people like you're going to steal. They have some neat stuff, but God forbid you try to look around. You'll have 5 different associates constantly in your way "checking on you. " The "Bumper" guy was the worst.

Always find what I need. If they don't have it their fast to order it for you. Happy for the help today, as helpful hardware people

This is a nice clean store, and the workers come to you and ask if they can help you find something. That’s good customer service. Keep it up!

Was having a bad day lawnmower would not stay running decided it was time for a new one went to my local ace was about 10 minutes after closing told the lady I want to buy a lawnmower ask me are you paying in cash doesn't matter how I'm paying as long as I'm a paying customer I thought. Still looking for a new zero turn maybe tractor supply has one.

Many categories of things to chose from! Great selection on garden tools and has something for everyone! The staff were friendly and helpful as well!

Staff go above and beyond to help you. They approach you and ask how they can assist. You don't have to go searching for an employee to ask for help. All of them are very friendly and welcoming.

This store is in an adjacent town. It’s our first choice when visiting. The selection of products is huge and the staff are always helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.
