6I was having delivery cross Dock arriving 7 AM still waiting to get unloaded. Now 1PM on Friday. I was having a pick up already canceled. They are really very slow receiving department. I did not suggest anyone for live unload
All is true really slow been here since 8: 30 it's now 1: 30 and just gotten a door
Delivery by appointment. Plenty room to parking.
They work fast on your loads
My downloads have been excellent and very fast at the time of the appointment and I have never been more than two hours
Complete mess. Told them I have second drop in the trailer, the guy at the window didn't tell the unloading crew there was a second drop in it. 6 hours for 6 palet delivery
Way too slow unmotivated workers. Make it an option to have flatbed drivers unload themselves and quit wasting our time.
