They were able to accommodate all my needs, great communication, it was seamless, as it should be when we are moving since we have a LOT of other things to stress about. It was a great experience with full packing, loading and moving service. Fully professional movers. None of the items were damaged. They did their job very quickly and reached to the destination in a day. I would definitely use their services again and recommend to my friends.

We hired this moving company to move us from Austin to Seattle. We could not have asked for a more professional and organized moving company. Our experience with Ace Relocation & Atlas was amazing - which is not something I have ever said about an interstate moving company. From our very first interaction with Eric as he evaluated our move to working with our move coordinator Christian to every other mover & driver throughout the process, we were thrilled with all of the communication and the professionalism and courtesy we were shown. Not only was everyone we encountered at Ace/Atlas incredibly nice, they actually were able to provide us an exact move date about a week before our move (not sure if this is common, but it made our lives so much easier). Both the pick up and dropoff teams were quick but thorough and everything arrived in top shape. We would definitely recommend Ace & Atlas for an interstate move - we felt so grateful for our experience with them.

I would DEFINITELY recommend using Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. - Atlas Van Lines. I was given Eric's name and number from a realty company we used when we were moving from another state. Eric was so great and friendly and answered all of my questions. I was getting quotes from several companies and was very happy with the quote I received from Eric. We were happy to go with Ace Relocation Systems and would use them again in a heartbeat. Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. We were given a date range for pick up and delivery. The driver had a crew he used/trusted for pick up and asked if we could change the pick up date by one day so he could use that crew. I was so happy that we were able to do that! The crew was amazing and worked so quickly/efficiently. We were loaded up in about three hours! We moved from Nebraska to Texas and were able to get a quick turn around for drop off. Our driver Josh was amazing! He is truly a credit to his profession. We definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs to move!

All I can say is it was a positive experience. We had only heard horror stories about moving across the country and none of our friends could recommend the company they used. Ace was recommended by our Real Estate agent and she has not lead astray yet. Eric got in touch with me right away and gave pricing in a timely fashion and better yet quickly and clearly answered all our questions. The packing team and driver were awesome. They were friendly, professional and nothing was damaged or lost in the move. The driver was very communicative and experienced so he kept us up to date on the delivery date and even arrived early. Eric met us on the delivery day as well to check in and make sure everything went well. Gwen who coordinated with the driver and payment was easy to get ahold of, friendly and very knowledgeable. Over all it was a very positive experience and I would recommend Ace Relocation to anyone and especially if they work with Eric, Gwen, and our driver Josh.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Bait and switch. They have had my stuff for a really long time and I cannot get a hold of anyone still. My price quote was also very inaccurate and did not include many furniture items that should have been included. Not what I would expect from a "reputable" company. I've used United Van Lines in the past and had a really great experience. I wish I did the same for this move as they are very professional, transparent, and honest unlike Atlas / Ace.

I've moved around the country several times, using other so-called "white glove" movers, and the experience with Ace Relocation Systems was one of the best moving experiences. I hired them to pack, move and unpack my belongings. They were so careful with my property. They treated it like you'd want someone to treat your things. Their moving team was so professional and friendly. They were on-time and fast, cutting an entire day out of the originally planned schedule. Moving is stressful, but these guys seemed conscious of that and went out of their way to make this aspect of moving as stress-free as possible. I'd hire them again, without question.

These guys were amazing. I had a family situation where I needed to move things from Austin to the Dallas area. The communication and problem solving of this team was amazing. Im so relieved to have worked with such a great team.

I could not say enough good things about Atlas. Everything was amazing from start to finish. I was recommended Atlas from a relocation services. I was having issues finding someone to take a lower weight of items as I relocated from Dallas to Atlanta to be closer to family. I was stressed thinking I would have to sell everything and start over. However, Atlas saved my day taking my items and taking great care of my items. I have used another company in several cross-state moves, and every time something was broken. Atlas broke nothing and took great care of my things. I will definitely recommend to family and friends moving.
