I do not like the changes the new ceo made with calculation of loans. They don't up you a tier anymore if you've had and paid off on time several loans from them. So we shop other banks for loans now. Rates have gotten higher and the are awfully bossy and nosey about loans you want. Pretty stindgy on car loans too. They'd only give me $14,000 to buy a car. Well, I got the car I wanted and financed elsewhere that was $25,000. We've banked there a decade and paid off a dozen loans on time. But they still give us the first degree and nvr give what we want. We are looking around for new banks

This place is awful. Stood in the lobby for 20 mins before someone came to help me. The person was SUPER rude when they finally did help me. And then they didn't answer any of my question. I would recommend other credit unions, like Access down the road from here.

Absolute disaster of a bank, they have no clue what they are doing and dont care for their account holders. Every empmoye is rude and has an attitude. You work at a bank how hard can it be
