Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance, Prosper TX

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Robert & Cozette are super friendly, very organized & excellent therapist! My ankles are much stronger thanks to the exercises Robert selected for me.

I was In for Shoulder labrum rotator cuff tear and frozen shoulder. Excellent Therapy Care by Rob (Robert)

makes sure to ask us for each level how the pain level to proceed or not, takes time to explain us, no rush, takes notes to make sure next session he picks up as planned.

Cozette makes sure keeping an eye on every patient and provide them inputs or corrections while we are on physical activities. Also makes sure to clean across once folks are done and leaving. Very cleanliness.

Definitely I recommend for PT!

I had just started recovery from a difficult knee replacement. The staff at Achieve is terrific. They quickly assessed my issues and have helped me to deal with the recovery and I actually look forward to the much needed exercises the have me doing.

This is the absolute BEST physical therapy center around! Cozette is amazing! She not only got my kid back on the field, but helped him with preventing future injuries! We will continue to return for all PT needs!

Great atmosphere, my lil brother enjoys doing physical therapy every Wednesday and Friday at prosper. His therapist is great with kids and makes it fun.

I would give this practice ten stars if I could! I had experienced shoulder pain for nearly a year and back pain for two years and I was losing hope. I had tried a number of options already—chiropractor, acupuncture, and targeted exercises—but nothing worked. Then I saw an orthopedist and was referred to Cozette for physical therapy. My shoulder was healed within four months and after five months, my back is 90% better. It feels like a miracle! I am so impressed by her. In addition to excellent care, this practice boasts an amazing staff. Candice is a true rock star! She assists with exercises, handles insurance issues with ease and just brightens your day. I love and trust this practice so much that I have brought my son here for recovery following knee surgery. I have also referred anyone I come across with physical issues. Their newest physical therapist, the fabulous Rob, keeps us all motivated! I highly recommend this phenomenal practice.

Just “graduated” from physical therapy. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Staff was very friendly and the facility itself was very clean. Cozette, the therapist, was awesome. She helped get me back to myself after a pretty nasty shoulder surgery and Candace, the receptionist, was always warm and welcoming. I would go back in a heartbeat if I had to.

I suffered with plantar fasciitis for 6 months before finally going to therapy. I graduated today pain free and can’t thank Cozette and Candace enough. The front desk is very accommodating and the Therapist Cozette is very professional personable and worked her magic!
