Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance, Frisco TX

I have been to several physical therapy clinics, but this is the first clinic that have taken the time to invest time and get to the problem of my condition. I was able to walk away with a complete program that works for me. Mo is a very knowledgeable PT and explained really well what the problem was a why my neck keeps hurting so bad. He will listen to you when you are in pain and thinks thru where the problem could be coming from. Very friendly office and very hands on. From the front office to PT assistant (Alli), she is great and will be a great PT one day. Check it out. Stick to your exercises and ask Mo questions.he will address them.thanks again I am so appreciative to Mo and the Achieve Team. May God bless you to continue to help others.

I would recommend Achieve to anyone that is seeking physical therapy. The staff is caring and dedicated to providing excellent service and creating a care plan to address the patient’s needs.

I have been doing rehab for 6 months with them after having both of my knees replaced. Very professional and knowledgeable therapists. I would highly recommend.

Achieve physical therapy at frisco is a very good facility and the therapists are really knowledgeable and understand what the patients needs and goals are. Appreciate Mo and Colby’s help in getting me better with my low back and shoulder pain. Debbie is also equally good. They also help with dry needling. I still have pain but considering my long history of low back pain I have definitely improved strength wise and activity wise. Thanks to Achieve physical therapy, Frisco.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND = UPDATE: AS AN 80 YR OLD COMING OUT OF A COVID EXPERIENCE, I HAD SUFFERED SIGNIFICANT MUSCLE ATROPHY AND PAIN TO THE EXTENT I COULDN'T SLEEP, WALK VERY FAR AND HAD AN OVERALL LOSS OF ENERGY. IT EFFECTED MY SHOULDER, KNEE AND HIP JOINTS. SPENT A MONTH WITH COBY AND MY ISSUES ARE 90% RESOLVED. HE HAS ME ON AN EXERCISE PROGRAM AT THE FITNESS CENTER AT THE FRISCO SENIOR CENTER WHICH IS 3 DAYS A WEEK. HE HAS DRAMATICALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS TO WHAT WAS POSSIBLE AT MY AGE AND CONDITION. THANKS TO THE WHOLE STAFF. THEY JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER!
My experience has been extremely good. I have gone here for two distinct physical issues and both have been effectively addressed. Great environment, good team work to take care of all the patients. Very positive patient focus. I’ve been to a number of PT rehab encounters in the last few years and this place is the best! All under the supervision of Dr Coby.

I have been going to the Frisco location for several weeks now & am very impressed. It was so easy to schedule with them. I love the therapy I am receiving, the knowledge & promptness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the facility.

My daughter visited after her ACL surgery, and I after my shoulder surgery. We highly recommend, as the therapists are all friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We don’t look for any more injuries, but if we do have them, we know where we will go!

Very clean facility. Staff is always Disinfecting tables and using clean linens after each patient.
Mo is a very knowledgeable, experienced and excellent therapist. Would definitely recommend this facility for any type of therapy.

My doctor referred me to this facility for a pinched nerve in my lower back, which was causing me great pain in my left hip all the way down to my left foot. My assigned P. T.was Mo. Mo introduced me to a number of exercises to eliminate that pain. Mo is very experienced and skilled in numerous P. T.treatments. He patiently shows you how to perform the exercises and answers any/all questions you may have. The staff is friendly, and the facility is well-maintained.

Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. They knew exactly how to push me to the next level. It was a great experience all around.

I would like to thank Mo and the whole team at Achieve Physical Therapy for the amazing care I received for my low back pain. Rachel at the front desk always greeted me with a great smile and asked how I was doing, which I greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough about Mo. From the very beginning, he listened to what I had to say. I mentioned the Vertigo and diagnosis of PPPD that I have. He was very knowledgeable and adjusted exercises that might irritate that diagnosis. He was very thorough with instructions and answering any questions I had. We were in Texas for a couple of months and are heading back to Arizona. Mo made sure that I understood all exercises, especially when sitting in the car on our 1,000 mile trip home. The whole team made me feel like family!
