We bought extra bricks so needed to return unused bricks (intact in their boxes). My wife called few days ago for return and they said they will only give us 60% of money refunded. Today I called and got transferred to voicemail so I went there in person only to be told that it was final sale and no returns accepted. Customer service is pretty much non existent. The lady at the counter was polite though. Problem I have is is with their shady business policy.
