Very poor customer service. Wouldn't let me return or exchange my propane hose without the receipt. Then wanted to follow me out the door to try to pick a fight

Needed a rv replacement part. Staff very accommodating and assisted to cross reference part number. Also love their fresh popped "pop corn"! They have lots of out of the ordinary gifts items in stock. Give them a try!

Really cool place.
They carry a little bit of everything camper related and fishing supplies.
Need ammo or a new gun? They carry hand guns, AR's and shotguns.

Wow, is all I can say called to see if they had a few items that I was needing for my RV they did have a few of them. I ask for the price I was told that I could not get the price over the phone which was OK with me then I had called several places Trying to find what I needed and called back to make sure that they had the tool to remove my pop off valve from my hot water heater and confirmed that that was the place that could not give me the price over the phone so I told the gentleman that was fine. I would come up there and look at it and if it was too much then I would not purchase It.never said I had a problem the lady called back and was rude to me told me she assumed I just shouldn’t come even after I told her that I had no problem. I understood that they could not give prices over the phone and she hung up on me how rude it’s all I can say.

Love this place! Lots of lake decor for the house. You definitely need to check this place out.

This is my favorite place when it comes to parts and prices and the people's that work there is really down to earth if you know what I mean

I will never do business here again! Wanted to Exchange some led lights that were (Never Opened and in original packaging) for some that would fit and lady said no. The store says no returns and it didn't say no exchanges, they would not exchange for different light bulbs that would fit. I guess $30.light bulbs just cost you a customer that will never return. I will be looking for another RV somewhere else.update comment after owner comment.i didnt demand a return i asked to exchange them so dont try to create drama that it seems your so good at, because i just walked out. I was not trying to return them i was exchanging them And Plus i already have a fifth wheel but was looking to buy another one and of course noone takes RVs back everyone knows that but thats not what this is about now is it and I have done business with other rv stores and i have bought led bulbs before in a different rv store to replace all the light bulbs and we could return them at that store if we wanted.ok people. I looked these exact light bulbs up on Amazon and they were $15.00 cheaper and Amazon will let you return these light bulbs within 2 and half months and you get Free shipping! So there you go people shop at Amazon! Don't waist your money coming here. So you can return or exchange your item

Amazing they have stuff for everyone. RV supplies, yard decor, camping and fishing supplies, and guns and ammo. So incredibly helpful and friendly.

We live in Georgia and found our dream camper on this lot in Texas. Jimmy went above and beyond to help us through the process of getting the camper from 1000 miles away! We got the best deal and the best service. We drove out to pick it up, and one of the employees dialed in my WDH on my truck so it pulled like a dream! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

This is one of my very favorite places to shop in Livingston, They have the most wonderful and unique lake decor. There is always something new each time I walk in. If you love the lake and/or camping. This is the place for you! Wonderful and friendly staff.

I thought about shopping here but just saw in a prior review that they didn’t allow masks. Definitely not the kind of place at which I want to shop.

I wanted to add that it calling them “face diapers” shows it isn’t about their safety as a gun shop. Also, I appreciate the quick response and being called “Karen. ” That’s my mother-in-laws name. She’ll get a kick out of it. Have a pleasant day and stay safe.

These people are con men I highly recommend shopping anywhere other than here. Rudest people with disgusting attitudes customer service. Shame to you for treating the elderly with such low class

Terrible experience. Sales man was so rude I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Turns out I can get a better quality item for 40% less at Camping World. If you want to inflate your prices you at least have to provide good service. Six one star reviews in the last 6 months, not good. This guy is just being confrontational with his customers. And pathetic in his replies to reviews. I might suggest a public relations professional help you with your behavior issues. Too bad, it’s a cute store, wrong attitude.

Came in to buy 4 boxes of ammo at $60 a box. Wanted to take a picture to send to my father who needed them, but was told they'd prefer no pictures are taken of their ammo or guns. Well lost my business and will make sure to turn away anyone looking for ammo or firearms from this place. I mean couldn't take a picture of the box of ammo? Absolutely ridiculous. God forbid they take any photos for advertisements. What are yall so nervous about or hiding? Souch for small town business.

They are evidently making a childish attempt at a political statement by not allowing people to protect themselves and their neighbors. Based on the level of aggression demonstrated by merely being in the presence of compassion for others one can only surmise they he is suffering from a case of extremely fragile masculinity and needs to assert some authority to feel big and strong again. Therapy works. Just throwing that out there.

I ask everyone to please stay away from this place they charged me 491$ to inspect my camper my normal rv place charges 150 for the same thing of course the is gonna come back and say I'm a.lier and make excuses like he does to every one else people use demontrond rv in conroe they won't rip you off

Such a UNPROFESSIONAL environment and very Hostile. The harassment text messages the OWNER is sending is very DISTURBING and UNPROFESSIONAL I wouldn't feel comfortable doing business with some one WHO BE LITTLES ANOTHER PERSON in TEXT MESSAGE. Save your money and time. AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE if something breaks your on your own because that business can't take responsibility for THEIR actions. Their COMMENTS ON HERE GOES TO SHOW THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY ARE.
