Darrel was nice, and helpful. I was in need of a specific item, and while he didn't answer the phone, he did ring me back to confirm he had what I needed. Price drives down my review, but convenience was key, as I didn't have to try to drive to Corpus Christi to get the part in need. Thank you, will visit again when in need.

They always have what I need and very helpful with solid advice. I believe their prices to be fair in comparison to other RV stores in the area.

Can’t say enough about how well they handled my problematic Norcold refrigerator. We tossed it in the garbage and replaced it with a new Dometic which seems to working very well. Sometimes, the best answer is not what you want to hear, but they were spot on about how awful it is to work with Norcold on a warranty claim. These guys were professional and did a great job cleaning up as they went.

Darrell, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a slide hydraulic cylinder for our 5th wheel and he had one in stock

Bought a/c and the repair man was able to fix AC on our trailer the box was opened and ACRV will not let you return the AC, I will not ever buy anything from this company

Used about 4 times over the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. RICK and EDDIE know what they are doing and are professional, friendly and quick. TWO major points that show good management…they have ALWAYS HAD THE PARTS NEEDED ON THE TRUCK and they’ve been consistent over 3 yrs. I would be surprised if you are dissatisfied.

I Called on Friday left message. Jeff returned call promptly on the same day. Rick and Joe showed up on the next day at 8: 00 am. They were very knowledgeable and had our ac working in an hour. Thank you for all your prompt and quick service. We recommend and will use service again.

Has a lot of needed parts for your RV. If you go elsewhere, you will most likely pay a lot more, even on Amazon. Purchased a couple diamond license plate holders, sewer hose kit, sewer hose flow control holder, RV washing/waxing supplies, large outdoor rug, outdoor chairs, our Stainless Steel bar-b-que, and Stainless Steel folding bar-b-que table just to name a few items.

Went camping on the beach for the first time and found all the lovely issues with my trailer. ACRV is very helpful and knowledgeable about their parts and has a great inventory!

Friendly service over the phone, very helpful when looking for a part. Drove a little extra to get here.

Needed a propane regulator. They had one, American made, that was less expensive than I could have gotten on Amazon.

Super knowledgeable staff. They don’t hesitate to share what they know to help you get the job done - and if he doesn’t have the parts he will try to improvise or get it for you. I’d rather make the long drive than go anywhere else just for someone to give me wrong parts.
