I did as much as I could by phone, my son-in-law had to go inside multiple times (my daughter was high risk) to fix things and Juanita couldn't get her s**t together. My son-in-law was the person to bail her out but she needed a cosigner so I did the paperwork, then there had to be another cosigner. It took an extra 2 days to get my daughter out. I suggest you don't use Act unless you are hard up and have a couple extra bills.
