Action Air Plumbing & Septic, Lubbock TX

We called very late at night, and we were quickly greeted by a representative who quickly set us up for the soonest appointment. The technician, Mario, was very quick and efficient while also explaining the problem to us in detail. We will certainly be coming back for any home issues in the future!

Action Air & Plumbing were the only plumbers in Lubbock available and willing to come help with an emergency plumbing issue. Every other company said they were too busy… Ryan came out to fix our busted pipe flooding the alley way and was on time and thorough. He called me before and after service and always was upfront about prices! Will hire them over and over again!

I want to give Action Plumbing a million stars! My wedding ring fell in the toilet as it was flushing, and I was in full on panic mode. I called two other plumbing companies before I called Action, and they did not even bother with scheduling a time to come out. Instead they told me it was likely lost to the sewer system. I called Action Plumbing, and they immediately scheduled a time to come out the next morning. The technician, Cody Vaughan, was very friendly, professional, and the hero of the day. He saved my ring! My 29 year anniversary is this Sunday and thanks Cody and Action Plumbing, it’s going to be an extra blessed one!
