Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism, Round Rock TX

My son has been going to Action Behavior Centers since March of 2021. The support we have received from every level at this facility has been stupendous! From my Son’s BCBA to the individual Therapists, to Center Director the front office staff. Navigating a new Autism diagnosis was terrifying and this center has helped us to deal with the challenges and better educate us as parents to raise our child! Hats off to these amazing individuals who care for, educate, and help my son to grow!

I am writing to thank you for the quality of service provided by your company at the forefront of an incredible BCBA and therapists. We sincerely appreciate their efficient and gracious therapy, the level of detail and accountability they demonstrated on each service provided, and the way these young women conduct business as a whole.

They are so amazing with my daughter I was nervous at first but when we walked in they treated her like family if your able to do aba go here!

As a current employee at ABC, I am proud to be a part of an organization that strives to improve everyday to ensure quality therapy for every kiddo that enters our doors. Leaders at every level try their best to be as transparent as possible, and provide opportunities for employees’ voices to be heard. I am proud to be able to work with everyone at the North East Round Rock location, where staff and leadership have such high motivation and enthusiasm for the betterment of our kiddos. Our kiddos are the priority, and it shows as we see them progress, grow, and flourish. I love working with my kiddos, my team/work family, and coworkers who have all kept spirits as high as possible during a very trying year. Here’s to a better year, 2021!

I have never felt more fulfilled than working for a company like ABC. I am grateful for my team members who are both intentional and loving with all of our kiddos. To see the progress the kids make everyday is amazing. I feel so enriched knowing that we are providing science based practices to help support our kiddos so that they maintain these skills that they're learning. It's wonderful to also work with a group of staff that care so hard about the kids and their coworkers. I love working at ABC, and I plan to continue with this company for years to come.

I have never worked with so many people who give their 100% everyday for the kids, and their team mates. It is remarkable to be able to see the changes our kiddos make. I have worked at organizations that drain your energy each day you are there, ABC is NOT one of them. On the contrary, I feel like working at ABC has energized me in a way I never thought possible. I love going into work, I love seeing the progress of our kids, and I love seeing how hard everyone works with a smile on. ABC has been so amazing for our son Noah. He has learned so much in the past 10 months. The therapist's are so amazing to have for my son. They treat my son like as if he was there own child. Honestly having each and one of Noah's teachers and Erin is a true blessing to have in our lives and my son's life. They are so kind and passionate and have
so much patience. All the staff are so friendly and wonderful. My son now comes home everyday and can tell me how he feeling and just being able to communicate about his day or anything is a true blessing, It warms my heart.
Fast forward to before ABC, Noah tried other therapy places and public school therapy and nothing worked. He didn't progress or feel comfortable and sometimes made it worse. Since he's been here he's learned so much and continues to grow everyday with new accomplishments. I don't think Noah would be where he is today with his growth and progress if it wasn't for ABC. I just want to thank everyone at the Oakmont drive, round rock location for everything you have done for our family and especially our son. You all are amazing there. I wish I could give you guys 100 star rating because you all deserve it! Thank you

No words or review I write are capable of expressing just how much ABC has profoundly impacted our son and our lives for the better. We came to ABC one year ago out of options, exhausted, heartbroken, defeated and hopeless. I was ready to quit my job because my son couldn't last at any daycare due to behavior issues. He was behind in verbal communication, bullied, ostracized, and emotionally unhealthy. He displayed aggressive behavior, depression and we didn't know how to help him. Fast forward one year of intensive ABA therapy and we have a happy, healthy thriving 5 year old who is engaged with learning, expresses his emotions, communicates clearly, is happy for the first time in a long time, makes friends now, and LOVES coming to ABC every single day. Nothing I say or do can fully express how grateful we are for this organization and everything they've done for us. (Even fighting with insurance on our behalf!) You've brought out our son's full potential and there's nothing that makes me happier than watching him thrive. Your passion and commitment to helping children and making a positive impact in their lives is so inspiring and incredible. You are our heroes. As a current employee, I take pride in working at ABC! My team has become a family. Our supervisor, Erin, has been phenomenal at creating a friendly environment that makes work fun and fruitful. Having such a vibrant culture and welcoming staff, make it easy to serve our beautiful children to the best of our ability. I’ve learned so much about the research proven science behind ABA.
