Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism, Carrollton TX

My boys have been going here since June. Their progress has been improving in language, social skills, and dealing with their big feelings. The therapists are kind and patient and friendly. The front desk Maddy is super helpful and Ally is very patient! Sarah is great at helping my husband and I feel involved in the kids treatment.

The best review I can give is to describe the pure joy and excitement that my son gets every day as he walks (no, RUNS!) through the doors of Action Behavior Center- North Carrollton! Not only is he learning so much from the wonderful staff, he is finding complete happiness while he is at it. Every single person I have encountered has been professional, yet personable. At ABC, my son matters and is not just a number.they truly see him.

As a parent, I have felt supported in the entire process. From the admissions phase until now, ABC has been responsive and diligent in their care of my son. ABC has become a true partner to help my son hit his milestones and reach his goals. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for their help, their generosity of spirit and for giving my son a place to be himself without judgement.

Alli has an absolutely perfect staff here. I feel so confident that my son is loved and taken care of while he’s there and I am sincerely happy with the progress that I’ve seen for my little one. From seeing Maddy up front every morning with her kindness to the handoff for his day to begin, I couldn’t imagine a better place for my kiddo. This center is not only helping my child grow and develop into the best little man he can be but also making us feel just as included in everything he needs. ABA isn't just a place to dump your kid and pray for the best while taking your money. They actually care about your child and only want to help any way they can. From the first phone call till present day our family has never even once felt like a bother or an inconvenience. Any time day or night we can always send an email, ask questions, express any concerns and we are always met with understanding and a plan. Bringing my child here was the best decision as a parent I could have ever made for my child.
