I have now tried a couple times to order a non-stocked item, and both times the people on the phone I spoke with were unwilling to help. There are crazy shortages and back orders at the moment, which I understand and accept. My hope was to get the order placed so I am at least in line. They said they wouldn’t order for me. I wanted to use the smaller local company, but I’m not going to beg for someone to take my money.
