The gentleman I spoke with could have come out to fix my dryer for a charge. To my surprise, he told me instead that it was still under warranty and that Samsung would send someone out for free to repair it. It's great to find honest service. I'll be keeping this number handy for other appliance needs!

Fast response but unable to fix the problem at reasonable cost. Also required full payment in advance of repairs.
